We decided to unload the sxs and ride some trails in Turkey Bay and found we had fuel leaking out from an unknown source. Time was an issue as we had limited days to get to our destination. I called and spoke to Matt in the service department and explained our situation, he said to bring it right in. They had it fixed in just a few hours and it was not expensive. I had a running vintage Honda dirt bike that was leaking oil around the engine gaskets, so I took…read moreit to Bike Boss to put new gaskets in, and they started saying they had to fix this, then fix that, , etc, so I was like fine, fix what it needs, get it running so I can ride; well a phone call and $2500.00 later I went and picked up my bike, they loaded it onto the trailer while I was paying so I didn't get to look at it until I got home. I got it home, off the trailer, and started t for a ride; it barely ran, was sputtering, low on power, and after an inspection the quality of work was horrendous. I called a mechanic to come out and look at it, found out it had low compression, and the head bolts were finger loose. After he worked on it for a couple of hours, it was finally running. Rode it once, gently on the trails then dies at the store the next day, so now it's in another shop getting worked on. I could've bought a really nice used Dual Sport for what they charged me, and only got to ride my bike once (in a whole year) for the $2500.00 the shop charged me. Other issues are a coil covered in electrical tape, that doesn't look like the one that was on it, bare wires everywhere, which you'd think they would've fixed for the price gouging I got. All in all, a horrible experience, and only an Indian call center will scam you worse. Save your money and your tears, go somewhere else to get mechanical work.

We live over an hour away, so the service dept shipped parts to me to replace under warranty...no cost to me at all. You can't beat that. The only issue they were unable fix was a water leak from the undside of one if the slides where the tires sprayed water up into the camper. I came up with a solution, told the service dept what I needed, and they shipped what I requested, free of charge. I was able to seal the leak, and no problems since. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is if I didn't know how to work on campers, I would still have a slide out leak, or would have had to pay someone to fix it. Overall, however, we are very happy with out experience with Riley's RV World.

By a big margin Youngbloods RV of Paducah gave us the best price. We chose them because of their willingness to accommodate our needs and upgrades. We were willing to drive 840 miles round-trip because of their price and patience. More amazing than the great price we received, was the stellar treatment we received from our salesman Tommy McNutt, and the General Manager Chase Youngblood. These folks went out of their way to insure we had a great experience. On our drive to pick up the 5th wheel our tow vehicle had some maintenance issues. We were forced to put it in the shop, for service, upon our arrival in Paducah. Chase made sure we had transportation to the shop, restaurants, and their sales office. In addition he patiently spent an inordinate amount of time explaining the nuances and operation of our first RV. It took all day to get our truck serviced. Chase towed our camper, with his personal truck, to a nearby campsite so we could stay there, learn our camper, and get a fresh start home the next morning. The following morning we hooked up our vehicle and noticed we were having some trouble with the rear camera we ordered. Chase dropped everything and worked on it for and hour and a half. Turns out the camera was shorting out. He replaced it and sent us on our way. We could not have asked for a better sales staff, service, or experience. We would highly recommend shopping Youngblood's RV, you won't be disappointed!

Youngblood's had the 5th wheel setup under roof with all the hookups ready for testing. They were most helpful while I was performing the inspection. I had stopped for gas and then decided to go in the convenience store for a soda. When I came back out, the car wouldn't start as the automatic shift knob was stuck in neutral. Figured out how to remove the boot over the shift knob and push a yellow clip and unfreeze the shift knob into Park. Car still wouldn't start! Travis arrives in the tow truck and finds the issue is the shift cable was missing the bushing that holds it to the transmission. He said he had a mechanic that may be able to fix it if the part could be found. Unfortunately, no part was available and car was towed to VW Dealer in Marion, ill (55 miles). Monday morning, the dealer called saying they could only get the complete cable installation kit and it would cost $1977.00 installed. They also said the Part wouldn't arrive for 3 days. I called Travis and he sent me the number to a local mechanic. The mechanic had me picked up from my motel and we went to the dealer and towed the car to Johnson's Auto and Truck. The part was delivered and I was on the road back to Kansas City. I was saved by Travis with Jason's Collision and by Johnson's Auto and Truck repair. Turned out that I was Lucky, Lucky, Lucky! Thanks Travis and Johnson's Auto and Truck Center! You saved me $1800.00 and a 3 day hotel stay! Thanks just isn't enough! Gerald Moore
