Took my 2015 Street Glide in for tire replacement. Appointment was for 10am I was told 2 to 2-1/2 hours. I received a call around 1:30pm that the rear rim was bent and would need replacement. I couldn't accept that report over the phone so I went to the dealership to see. Through a circus of pretenders trying to show me the non-existent bend in my rim, I asked that they remove the tire and inspect both the tire and rim. I got a call about an hour later that the process was watched by the service writer and they continued to insist the rim was bent. I asked if it holds air, they said yes. I took receipt of the bike, signed their disclaimer where I denied replacing the rim. I rode it home, made video of spinning the rear wheel with a dial indicator contacting the rim edges, through 360 degrees of rotation there was no deflection greater than 3 thousandths... not a bent rim! I did notice rolled over rubber between the tire and rim, sprays soapy water and found it was leaking there. I marked the tire and rime locations, took it back to HD of Evansville, when they removed the tire from the rim, the tire had a rolled edge during install and was severely damaged between the "suspect markings" I made while still on the rim. If you are wanting to buy t-shirts, HD wax, or HD labeled items, the dealerships are now focusing on retail sales versus true customer support and service. I would not hire a person from HD Evansville to check the air in my tires, knowledge in their shop is lacking, to say it nicely! They wanted me to buy a $700 rim to make up for their mistake of ruining a tire trying to put it on a stock rim. I watched the install of the 2nd tire, it took 3 people to work their tire machine and it looked like a cluster! read more

Contacted Evansville Harley about my interest in a used bike I saw on their website. Sent them pictures and all information on my trade and then crickets. I understand if they didn't want to do a deal for some reason but to just ghost me was unbelievably unprofessional. if I could give them a zero star it's what they earne. read more

To be honest, don't understand some of these reviews. Ihavow that management warechanged about 2 years ago and most of the poor reviews are prior. Went there to day when my 2019 RGU developed a high idle. I have an aftermarket extended warranty, so was not to concerned other than being on a trip and parts availability. They looked at a right away and initially thought it was a throttle position sensor and weren't sure they had one. They pulled it in back and about 30 minutes later the tech came out to tell.me I must have it the kill switch when it was idling high, he reset the idle and showed me a simple trick to do it myself. Live in Chicagoland, so won't be able to use them much, however when I know I am going to be in the area, if I have an issue that can wait till I go down, they'll be doing the work. We met and talked with people working in a few different positions and found EVERYONE pleasant and welcoming. Would highly recommend this to any with or looking to by a Harley Davidson. read more

I bought a used bike that they said was gone through and and even charged a recondition fee. I rode it home and had a oil leak called the dealership and they came picked it up and now wants to charge me for the repairs. Not to mention they have lies about how long it is taking to fix it. Been told waiting on parts for two weeks but found out they broke a ring putting it back together and now it's back to waiting. Very disappointed in the service department. As for the sales department they were very good. But hopefully I can retrieve my bike and take it to a mechanic to fix the problem. read more

Bought a Brand New 2023 Triglide. Within 3 rides (@100 miles each ride) that spider cracks were forming on Windshield where mounted screws are located. Called Buds, explained what was going on. They said "Bring it over"(125 mile ride away) "We'll take pictures then send in for Warranty decision from Harley". That was weeks ago and I've been Ghosted by Buds. It's not even a Harley Davidson issue since Bikes are shipped in crates without the Windshields installed. It's the Dealers who put them on. Also right after I bought it (In Feb, got to take one ride) I went to hook up Battery Tender and found the Tender connection on Bike was Laying on the Exhaust, the Tender cable "Cap" was melted onto the Exhaust.Not sure who's fault that was, but a Fire hazard at Least. read more

I can not speak for the sales staff but the service department was Possibly the worst customer service I've ever received, took in my 15 street, glide for stage two, exhaust, cams, and a tune. pre-purchased all the parts drop the bike off, they quoted me 16 hours labor to do the job took two months to get the bike back. Nothing was right the bike after waiting a week for them to Dino tune it, I was told they couldn't get it done and had to take it to another store, for turning. when I got it back, it's still would not run right, will not idle coming to a stop, ran rough, strong smell of gasoline, and the Dino sheet they gave me did not add any horsepower, and just a few foot pounds of torque if any. For the can upgrade (T-man, 555) and although they took some money off for my troubles it meant nothing in the end, because I knew this was not correct ended up taking the bike to another dealer. Paid again To have it retuned. The afr's we're way out of line not like the Dino sheet they gave me at Evansville. Also through the entire process, I had to call them every time, to get an update on the bike. I would not recommend spending your money here. read more

Poor customer service. Took my 2016 bike in to check out noise. After they review they said it would be covered under manufacture warranty. Then Found out motor was scored and bad cooling system. They trued to give me a bill for $15,000 to fix issues!! They couldn't cover and also would use the extended warranty!! I will never return or recommend. read more

Traveling to Sturgis on 4 bikes with 7 people and I break down --- I give a call -- tell them I'm traveling and need help -- Sherman says no problem since you're traveling we will get you taken care of -- I show up -- sherman checks me in -- so far so good -- after 10 minutes he explains a tech got hit on a test drive -- we will have to wait until we make sure he is ok -- make sense -- please make sure he is ok -- it turn out he is good but getting checked out --we will get to you in 10 minutes--an hour passes by -- I go in ask Sherman what's going on -- he says we haven't even looked at it -- after 10 minutes a guy that worked on bikes for 35 years diagnoses my trouble by starting the bike and says we can't get the part until next week --5 days --ok let me load the bike on the trailer go to Sturgis and have them take a look -- he closes out the work order charges me for 30 minutes for running the diagnostic -- they never hooked the bike up to the computer-- they're not even sure what the problem is -- wasted 2 hours of our time and got charged $68 -- what a joke read more

Had a unique situation with my trike and Joe the Svc Mgr went beyond what I would have expected to help. Also while having the bike reprogrammed, Dennis explained procedures and confirmed a couple things I had suspected. All in all it was a great experience and a very quick shop visit! read more
