Bad customer service. We had a contract that says we paid a $75 lease deposit. Their website even…read moresays the deposit is in the amount of the monthly cost of the storage unit which is what we paid. They made me call them for months to try and get the deposit each time they told me they were sending it. So we waited for weeks just to call again and have them say they were sending it. Then we called again and they confirmed the deposit was $75 and said they would be sending it via check. I emailed the agreement to them and the next day we called to see what was going on and they're claiming we only paid $55 and that's what they were sending. The contract clearly says a $75 monthly cost and a $75 deposit so why would we pay less for the deposit?? The supervisor Betty was rude and lacks empathy. All she could say is she wasn't arguing with me. Fine. The truth is we had to throw away everything because it was covered in rat droppings thousand of them! This place is infested, they lie and they don't honor their contracts. Don't get a storage unit here unless you want your things ruined.
