We were able to schedule a couple of drive lessons with the same instructor, as well as with other instructors for how different people teach. The drive test refresher was also a welcome lesson. John H. was amazing! We had arranged he would pick up our son from the house and then we would meet them at the DMV for the scheduled drive test. We had a little paperwork issue which was my fault, but John was there and got me the right contact to be able to remedy the issue quickly and still be able to take the drive test. I really appreciate the level of knowledge and care Cantor's puts into their instructors.

Wendy has a pretty chill vibe, which really helped my new drivers feel relaxed behind the wheel. Andy, on the other hand, was thorough in going over the rules, which was incredibly beneficial for preparing them for the test. Both teachers were wonderful in ensuring my kids learned to drive safely. I made sure to have a driving instructor take them when they were completely new to driving, as I wanted them to learn the correct way before picking up any bad habits (like most of us adults do ). After that, they completed their required hours, and I arranged for a driving instructor from NV Driving School to give them a final lesson right before their driving test. They covered all the areas around the DMV where each teen was testing, which I believe helped them pass their driving tests. In the end, both kids passed their driving tests on their first try! NV Drivers Ed goes above and beyond! Our son had his permit and had been driving for more than the…read morehours required but was nervous about the driving test. We were, too! We called NV Drivers Ed with to see about getting a lesson from someone outside of our family. They were able to fit us in on short notice and Brian took our son himself for the lesson. He was amazing! He took him to the area where he was testing the next week and explained things the instructors look for and pointed out a few tricky areas, including construction zones, school zone, a street where the speed limit changes, and a few other things. In addition, we noticed our son drove differently after that one lesson!!! He was more observant of right-of-way, tricky 4-way stops, and some extra things that we didn't even know about!!! He was very patient and easy to talk to and always showed up to my house early or on time. Starting out, if you just follow EVERYTHING he tells you to do, then things will start to make sense and driving becomes sort of second nature. I love their car because it's fun, comfortable, and easy to use. My 2 problems with them is after 10 hours of driving lessons, I still didn't know how to park and be a safe driver. After them, I can drive but not well. And last thing, my instructor always interfered with my steering wheel. I totally appreciate it starting off because I sucked but by the last few lessons, I felt like I got the hang of it and just needed practice but I didn't learn when he was always taking over the wheel. Overall my experience was good and I do recommend them for any type of driver including first time drivers. But if you're a first time driver, don't expect to be great by the end of it. Overall, they're good. if I could, I'd give them 3.5 stars.
