She has followed Merle Norman from Bocage to Corporate to the Mall of Louisiana and now to their new location on Jefferson Hwy. The Sunday in question, it was one errand on my list to take care of - I ran to the mall remembering it was there- no dice. I called the number and the manager answered- I couldn't remember the cream so she did some detective work to figure out what I needed. Oh one more thing- they were going to close in 5 min. I was so sad- but she offered to stay open if I was coming straight there from the mall. I booked it to where I thought it was (GPS is trying to kill me) and finally found it tucked away in a strip mall. They were closed but the manager was inside and reviewed my mom's profile for purchases to make sure we weren't getting the wrong cream- one more time. I will support this business forever for that.
