On Thursday March 12, 2020 I was looking to get another tattoo for my best friend that had past one year ago. I came across this tattoo shop on google. Saw it had a very high rating and called asking if they had time to do my tattoo. The tattoo artist I saw was Alexander Thorpe. Let me just say he did an outstanding job. I told he what I wanted and he did amazing. The two guys there made both my friend and I so welcomed. They carried on a conversation and we had a lot of great talks! The tattoo only took about 15 minutes, after I was done we stayed there for another 15 minutes just talking to them. They were super clean with everything! I would highly recommend this tattoo shop. After the tattoo was done I was speechless because this was a very meaningful tattoo and I was in love with it! Thank you AAA tattoo for an amazing experience! I got my VCH piercing done here about ten months ago. The girl was nice enough, the place was nice and clean and they were very professional. I got my piercing and walked out satisfied. No infections and the placing of it seemed fine. Fast forward a month or two and I noticed it was becoming a bit shallow or getting stretched out but I ignored it. Around the 9th month having it, it had stretched out so badly I feared it would tear the last tiny bit of skin holding it in so I removed it. About two months ago I got it redone by a professional here in California, She took one look at the jewelry used and was kind of shocked. The diameter was too large and too long (giving it space to move around and stretch my skin), and is externally threaded. In all, cheap jewelry. I got it redone in the correct place, with quality, internally threaded jewelry. It still looks perfect and she only charged me 80. I'd say AAA step up their piercing game and get better jewelry and better train their staff on the subject. read more

I could not recommend this place enough and will definitely be going back for any future tattoos. As much as I wanted my tattoo, I'm terrified of needles so I truly didn't know what to expect. Embarrassingly enough, I can barely stay conscious through blood tests. Sarah, who is actually a piercer, was nice enough to not only squeeze my best friend and I in at the end of the day but she made me feel so much better beforehand. She explained that she shared the same fear but assured me the two felt completely different. She also explained to me how to breathe deeply to get through the pain-even offering me a popsicle if I needed a sugar boost. I deeply appreciated the time she spent reassuring me and giving me a boost of confidence. Urban is the phenomenal artist that gave me my tattoo and I couldn't have asked for better. He was incredibly kind, focused and clearly knew what he was doing. I had a simple phrase done on my inner forearm that took no more than 15 minutes. The pain wasn't nearly as bad as I expected and I got through it with no problems at all. He was very clear with all my after care instructions. Shane did my best friends tattoo and did a wonderful job as well. We spoke to Karen and Terry as well while in there and all of them were very kind and down to earth. I tried to go to this tattoo shop with some friends of mine to get my first tattoo. There were only two other customers in there at the time. The male tattoo artist with the handle bar mustache told us that we would have to wait around 20 minutes for the guy that was taking walk-ins (which we had no problem doing). He then told us it we should "find something to do" while we waited because we apparently weren't allowed to wait inside the shop. So we left and walked around downtown for a bit then returned. When we returned the doors were locked (glass doors btw) we knocked on the doors and tried to get the attention of the workers sitting at the front desk smoking. They could see us and hear us (because there's a gap between the glass doors even when they're closed) but they completely ignored us. Over it was an unpleasant experience and the staff were very rude. We ended up going to AAA Tattoo, and the staff was extremely kind, Shane did an amazing job on my tattoo. read more
