All workers were very nice, interested and offering advice on what would be the best sizing and what would look best long term, even working with us on a budget. I'm not one to leave negative reviews or complain, but I highly suggest getting piercings elsewhere. I wasn't marked adequately, and my anatomy wasn't suitable for a traditional navel, i wasn't told any of this initially. My jewelry was poor quality and too short to allow room for swelling while healing. Healing piercings, and fully healed, ideally should only have implant grade titanium jewelry. Navels are tricky to heal, especially when done incorrectly. I was bruised and my jewelry was embedded into my skin only four days after getting pierced, and was told it was normal. I decided to get a second opinion and thankfully i did, or my piercing would've been swallowed by the swelling and rejected. I did not feel as if my experience was professional, the piercer made a comment about my bellybutton by saying "goddamn, you have the deepest bellybutton i've seen." while almost laughing, and showed me how half his qtip went into my navel. That alone should've been a sign that i needed a floating navel bar to heal. I had a tumor removed as a child and my bellybutton scarred deep, but i was too stunned by his comment to even say that. I included pictures of immediately after vs 4 days after, and then after getting the proper jewelry. Please research before getting pierced, and I wouldn't recommend this place for your piercing needs. read more

We made an appointment for 4:30pm at 12:00pm. It was a confirmed appointment. The lady told us to email a photo of what we wanted. She said to come in at 4:30pm and they were for sure going to be able to take us. Keep in mind we made a confirmed appointment so why is she reassuring us? Anyways, when we arrived they told us they tried calling us to tell us they wouldn't be able to take us. We never once received a phone call all day between 12-4. Terrible customer service, and Streight up disrespectful. So I called to see if they where taking walk ins, one of the artists says yea I don't have anything booked till 3pm. I showed up at 1:20pm to get my tattoo and he referred me to an artist that's not even there. So ask him if he can do it because he is the one I talk to, and I got turned away. Now this wouldn't be that big of a deal if I lived close to this shop, but I live 45 minutes away. Never going back. read more

WOW! When I walked into this shop, I couldn't help but say WOW! This Tattoo Shop is the cleanest and brightest Tattoo Studio I have visited in the Lafayette area! It's also the biggest! The owner is a lady named Rita and she is so incredibly nice! In fact, everyone there was nice and friendly! I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted, just had an idea. They have so much art and designs to look at, and they were able to take my idea and bring it to life! I got a custom designed tattoo right on the spot! There is a nice section of the waiting area with couches and big screen TV to watch if you have to wait, but with 4 artist and piercers there, that shouldn't be a problem! I saw lots of awards and newspaper articles about the artist there framed on the walls, and Rita is featured on the cover of Skin Art Magazine! This shop is the bomb! This is the best tattoo I have ever got, and it was the best experience I ever had in a tattoo shop! And it didnt cost me an arm and a leg either! read more
