Peter was so patient, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and provided thoughtful, expert advice that helped guide me toward the best look for my hair. I really appreciated his honesty, skill, and attention to detail. The balayage came out beautifully blended and natural, with the perfect tone and dimension, and the cut gave my hair so much movement and freshness. I walked in needing a refresh and left feeling like I had a full makeover. The whole experience felt professional and relaxing.I'll definitely be back!

I've had many unsatisfactory haircuts in my life, but this one has to be the worst. Rather than…read morebeing upset, I'm disappointed in the quality of the service by a "professional". First, I had planned to donate my hair, but it was my first time doing it so I wasn't sure how it worked and requested a quote on yelp. According to Yelp, they usually respond around 24-48 hours later I believe, but I never got a response so that should've been my first clue. I could've called but if they're going to offer online quotes, they should deliver. Second, I informed the hairdresser I was planning to donate my hair when I arrived and I told him I wanted a shoulder length bob. He moved the rubber band lower and cut above it, which I thought was my shoulders like I requested. It wasn't until after they washed my hair did I realize the length of my hair was now above my chest. I know hairdressers need to leave excess hair as a baseline before a cut, but he left too much and that could've been donated too. Especially since all he did was make more blunt cuts and thinned out the edges slightly. He could've skipped the additional blunt cuts by just cutting off how much I requested and then thinned out my hair. Third, my hair looked fine when he cut and styled it, but after I washed it myself 2 days later, I realized the hair on my left side was longer than my right. Unless I tucked the hair on my left side behind my ear and wore a dark colored top, it's very noticeable. The ends aren't even either on my left side, there are some short and long strands. It looks like I tried to cut my own hair at home with Edna Mode as my reference. I considered going back to have them fix it but I didn't want to risk having them cut off even more so I'm just going to let it grow some more and get it cut again later. Or maybe I can salvage it myself once my it grows a bit longer. The only reason I didn't give this place 1 star was because the young woman who washed my hair was great. She was very gentle and meticulous.

My regular hairdresser wasn't available until after school started and we needed a trim pretty badly. He ruined my youngest's gorgeous hair the back looks like a wild animal took a few bites And now I have to pay for another haircut to fix it. I know prices have gone up across the board in many things and services, but for two children's haircuts that is extremely excessive no matter how nice the haircut, or in this case not nice, it was not worth the price considering that neither of my children had their hair washed and were just sprayed damp with a water bottle and then given a trim and he used a hairdryer for a minute after the cut. We were not there long at all. Shame on me for not asking the price before or saying how outrageous the cost was, when I walked in and I made the appointment a few days prior would've never thought that two children's haircuts would cost $100 plus tip in a small and average hair service, would not call this a salon in Little Neck!

I showed the pictures of how I wanted it and they said it will take 2 hours and $250. I made the appointment and I went in. The hairdresser herself was nice and we have a discussion at length about what I wanted. Firstly she cut my hair way to short and secondly the hair did not come anywhere close to where I wanted it. I think her skills were just not there or she seemed rushed because Inbetween she had other clients. In the end she charged me $300 which is fine because I'm aware the price is an estimate but they did see how long and thick my hair was. The place itself is clean but the parking is chaotic.
