I will post the photos of how my hair came out when I went in and asked for a balayage. It turned out to look like a bleach blonde mess that was nothing like the photos I had shown her. My hair was completely damaged and I paid around $150 for that, not including the tip I had to pay. Then, I went back to Buffalo where I go to college and got my hair fixed by Karissa Minner at Exclusively Hair Transit. I have attached photos of what she did to my hair and that was EXACTLY the same thing I had asked for at this salon and was also cheaper ($130). I also got my hair dyed here brown before that experience. I was asked if I want a blow dry, thinking that it would be included and not extra. I declined because the price was already so high so only a small section of my hair was blowdried so I could see if I liked the color and I was forced to leave the salon with wet hair. That employee also takes frequent smoke breaks, which is uncomfortable for me to get my hair done around someone who reeks of second hand cigarette smoke. My sister has gone here and has the same awful experience as me. I actually just went in today when I saw they have a sign for $80 keratin treatments, depending on length and thickness and I went to ask if I would qualify. I was told, by the older employee with the black hair, my hair would be $150 because of the length. She also told me that it's for new customers only, which I missed on the sign, and I said I hadn't been in there since 2015 because I was away at college. However, she said they're "looking for new customers". One would think a business would want to retain old customers. Don't go here unless you want to spend money on a job that looks worse than a box dye for the price of a salon appointment.
