She said they needed a fee schedule and she got it back 8/20/ 25 you think she would call me back and tell me that she got the fee schedule no once I call my provider and we had a three phone call so this person's been lying to me from the beginning. I called a local dentist and they recommended Dr. Moser as the best in the area. I called Dr. Moser and he fit me in that very night - after normal business hours! The procedure went great and Dr. Moser correctly identified the problematic tooth, even though I thought it was a completely different one. The root canal took about an hour and Dr. Moser showed great bedside manners and was very empathetic. When he learned that I was visiting from Boston, he offered to schedule something in the future for a follow-up should I be in the area. He even offered to come in on his day off to help me out. Then, he gave me a recommendation for an endodontist that he knows personally in the Boston area. Overall, I was really impressed and would recommend Dr. Moser to anyone. Next time I need a root canal, it may just be worth it to fly to Utah to get it done!

I sit in the chair the dentist comes in removes my dentures and proceeds to tell me how inferior and sub par they are and look terrible. This man wants me to have a conversation with him about my feelings on the set I have, my likes and dislikes. (Keep in mind I have not removed my dentures in front of anyone including my husband in more than 7 years. I sleep with them and only remove them to clean) I am not comfortable speaking without them let alone have a full blown conversation. This man sits me down, puts me in the most vulnerable position, tears me down, tells me I need tens of thousands of dollars in work that I didn't ask for... and THEN asks me why I seem anxious??? Like what? After all was said and done they refused to reline my current set as I requested for less than $700+ unless I agreed to their recommended treatment. This was the most humiliating and traumatic experience I have ever had with a dentist. I left in tears feeling hopeless, defeated and now self conscious.
