Called them on a Wednesday afternoon, and my broken slide-out was fixed on Thursday…read more Terry came out on Wednesday afternoon to assess it, and said he could fix it in one day. He did. The cost was under $500, because Terry repaired (welded) the broken slide-out arm instead of buying a new one (which would have been over $1,000). This repair was paid for by my after-market warranty, and Terry took care of his end of working with the warranty company. The warranty company was apparently pretty happy about the cost being so low. Because this job required welding, the work had to be done in the L & T shop. Not a hardship, though - Terry secured the broken slide so it wouldn't extend while I was driving the rig.
