The repairs were extensive to replace flooring and structural timbers for the slide support. Cody was able to give me a good ballpark estimate with the understanding that more work may be needed that could not yet be seen. All in all, Cody and his crew were able to make all the necessary repairs to the trailer within the time frame originally stated. He happened to be at the same RV park just about to start helping somebody else! He was able to see us within an hour. They…read more( Georgetown location) have a New 2022 Travel Lite Rove Lite 14FD advertisement on their site for $14,999, after showing me 2 other Rove Lites, they showed me the one advertised. They said it is sold as is - dent, no fender on one side, seating/storage construction falling apart inside, other small tear and noted it came that way from the manufacturer. The salesperson said they would hook it all up to make sure everything works properly, wash it, give me a tutorial, etc AFTER I'm approved for financing. Then they said my car was not capable of towing it ( it weighs 1676 lbs, I have an SUV with a tow capacity of 2,000 lbs), my bumper is too low, and that the Rove Lite isn't actually for sale, it needs to go back to the manufacturer. It's a 2022, so it's been there for how long? And it's advertised on the site? And the salesperson told me it was available to purchase? The "manager" said oh yea it keeps coming up on our site for "inventory purposes"- right! Try the old bait and switch game. Not a nice experience, I would go elsewhere!

I've used them before. This particular job didn't come out well after two attempts…read more I hired them to do a roof recoat on the RV. When they called for pickup I inspected the roof and only found one thin coat on it. The agreement was for two coats. They applied a second coat however they didn't do the overhangs and left coating marks on the ac units and vent covers . They also left pieces of old coating on the roof and just rolled over it. Pretty sloppy job overall.

Also had leaking hydraulic leveler replaced that was cover with extended warranty. They also re-painted front that had clear coat issues. They also did a complete oil change on engine and generator. They did the job in the time they promised (we had a trip planned) and within the budget I expected. I like that they can handle almost any issue without have to drive all over for mechanical and cosmetic issues. I will be using them again for future work.
