My first bag I bought was like most outside a store., Now I live a stone's throw away from the main place on 377 and it;'s great. Drive in pay for the wood drive out. Plus being open on Saturday is awesome in case I underestimated what I had left over from the last smoke! The wood provides a good smoke and slow burn. Always cut just right for the smoker and you can really make a bag last a while. I use their Pecan and Hickory and it provides great flavor. I can't recommend them enough. I have also from time to time used the Mesquite and it's just as good.

They were a few hundred higher than the lowest bidder but thousands lower than the highest bidder. Unfortunately, my experience with Cornerstone Landscape has echoed that of Mr. Brian M below…read more I contacted Cornerstone based on their solid reviews on Yelp and other sites. I also was told the soonest Scott could come out was in three weeks. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm the appointment window and the office assistant confirmed that I was scheduled for a 3p to 5p window. Had to leave work early to meet the window (not a problem, planned it in advance). Scott never showed up. Waited until 5:30p before calling to get an update, but the office was closed and I was directed to Scott's voicemail by the automated answering machine. Left a voicemail. I called back first thing the next morning to explain the situation and the office assistant took my phone number so she could call me back after talking with Scott. I never heard back. I called one more time the next business day and left another voicemail. I still have not heard anything back from Scott or the office assistant. It really sounds like Scott and his team do great work, but I have not experienced the prompt or courteous responsiveness that others have. I understand that things happen sometimes, but a business should always communicate with its customers when a scheduling issue arises. ***************************** UPDATE Scott called me personally this morning to apologize for missing the appointment last week. The lack of communication appears to be due to the office logging an incorrect area code on my phone number. My subsequent calls alerted the office to the error. I'm giving Scott and his team the benefit of the doubt and we are going to try to meet again tomorrow. Upgrading my review to a 3s for now.

Pricing was very competitive compared to other bids I received, and I'm pleased with the result. They were very professional--showed up on time, communicated clearly, and cleaned up after themselves. As you can see in the photos, the result speaks for itself. I'm still finishing up some stone landscaping, so please excuse the mess. Would absolutely use them again.

To be clear, we are very satisfied with the quality of our home so far, Kenmark did a stellar job and my wife and I are absolutely in love with all the unique little touches that you'll have a hard time finding with a run-of-the-mill builder. However, every new home has a handful of niggles to dial-in, and Colleen, who oversees this, is tremendous. Highly organized, accessible and responsive- we were really blown away by the level of service she provided and would recommend Kenmark to family and friends just on the basis of the professionalism and efficiency with which she remedied our requests/concerns alone. Finally, on the occasions that I have called Kenmark's head-office all members of their team I spoke with have been exceptionally friendly and competent. If you're looking for great builder in DFW go with Kenmark.

$510 in and they couldn't fix a toilet paper clog 45' down a pipe…read more Called them to get a toilet unstuck. The kid that came out was nice, but 2 hours in, he was stumped. Charged me $510 and told me to try somebody else (recommended I call the plumber that originally installed it). That plumber had it pinpointed in minutes and got it solved. When I spoke with the owner of this company, he said his guys are trained to trial and error for 2 hours before actually trying something else, such as a camera. I would have had to pay another service call with minimums just for this guy to come back out and use the tool he should have used out the gate, but clearly, these guys would rather charge the $210-$300+ per hour to eventually solve the problem on my dime rather than use the right tools to begin with. Having run service businesses for over 20 years, that is a very poor business practice. Use the right tools, troubleshoot properly, and charge appropriately. I would have been fine to pay the $510 and then some to get it right. However, I'm not sure that this would have been solved for less than $1,500-$2,000 with these guys. The owner was upset that I suggested they did a poor job and refused to refund anything. He did offer half off one hour of a future service call, and I told him I didn't trust them to do future service, so he basically fired me as a customer and hung up on me. Terribly unprofessional. Never doing business with them again, and you should think twice before trusting them!
