When I called, I got someone named Leerae, who wasn't even there when it happened. Instead of professionalism or accountability, she immediately tried to blame me for the accident. No facts, no conversation, just attitude and denial. This company cannot handle responsibility, communication, or the bare minimum of honesty. If this is how they act when they cause damage, I can only imagine the quality of the actual work they do. I was ready to handle this like adults. They chose to play games. Do with that information what you will. Companies show their true character when things go wrong, and this one failed the test. Hope the few dollars you tried to save was worth the review.

His solution was to have his lawn guys try and put the mailbox back together with the same bricks! These bricks had mortar attached, so it would have been a mess. He also want me to pay them to do it! There are plenty of ratings calling the owner rude and unprofessional. That is an understatement. He said he'd file an insurance claim - he did not. He said he would mail me a certified letter offering solutions - he did not. He said he would make it right - he would not. I highly recommend you find a different lawn service.
