My personal favorite is the Anderson Valley Brut. It has a dry, crisp sharp oak-aged taste. The taste comes from the magic of the Anderson Valley. It is a long narrow valley that funnels in the cold fog from the ocean which drops the temperature and slows the ripening of the grapes. It's hard to beat this stuff!
