Because of Andy, Ben, and Jimmy, he has excelled beyond his grade level and has moved up. Now he'll be doing select baseball and has a ton of confidence. This place was intimidating to me at first. Walking in and seeing so many older kids hitting so hard in the cages, I thought maybe my kid wasn't ready but after coming for many months, Ive seen a range of ages. It just so happens to be that sometimes there's group lessons or teams who rent out the cages. We've been using Jimmy regularly for an hour lesson to include pitching, hitting, and fielding and my son always looks forward to going to his lessons. The 1:1 attention is really what he needed to kickstart his baseball playing, and in just a single lesson, his hitting improved and he was at home practicing what he learned. The facility is right across from Nintendo and always had plenty of parking. You can wait upstairs or watch on the benches by each cage. Very knowledgeable staff and worth the price. I'd say best for kids 7 and up. I don't usually see any younger than that, but they really are great with any age/skill level.

WBI is hands down the best baseball organization around! Coach Watson has designed this program to…read morebe the full package. You won't find that anywhere else! WBI not only teaches an outstanding baseball curriculum, they also focus on player development which is just as important in my opinion. You only get out what you put in & WBI teaches kids that with hard work and discipline, anything is possible. My son joined WBI last fall and his growth these past few months is unreal! He thoroughly enjoys every minute spent at WBI and is so pleased to see how his hard work is paying off! The drive, dedication, and discipline Coach Granich models is phenomenal. It's one thing to be an amazing coach but it's another thing to be a fantastic all-around role model. My son looks up to Coach Granich. The phenomenal values taught at WBI will help mold these young men into outstanding adults well past their years of playing baseball and to me that is priceless!

I would highly suggest you do some research or speak to some parents before you sign on to this…read moreprogram. Unless you enjoy throwing 5K out into the streets. Head guy Watson clearly plays favorites, does these ridiculously trick plays that are super embarrassing, especially when the U-14 team would go on to lose by a dozen or more. I also have never seen a team get picked off stealing more and they lost the last 15 or more games straight at the end of the season. So....they got worse. I think probably the lowlight (and when I should have pulled my poor son from this program) when after the 3rd or 4th game of the entire season, when my son had the courage to approach Watson and ask what he could do possibly to earn more playing time. His response verbatim "Well you can't hit, so learn how to bunt." That's the opposite of a decent coach, let alone a good one. Unfortunately, there is even more I can add about some of his unethical behaviors with the team and parents but do not feel this is the correct forum to disclose. Do your research before you give this guy a dime. I gave 2 stars only because the boys on the team were wonderful, well mannered and showed work ethic, respect and kindness despite the leadership.
