I was so bummed that I didn't even want to look at the damage, let alone repair the damage that was caused by the minor accident. Well after almost 2 yrs...I worked up the courage to look for a paintless dent repair (PDR) shop to get the dent fixed, hoping they would also be able to help with the scratches caused by the accident and replace the broken tail light. I spent a good month (off n on) looking for a place on Yelp and reading all the reviews. Then I came across "the dent man of CO" !!! I believe that everyone deserves some grace every now and then, so I decided to give Veterans another shot. 3 days later, one of my vehicles was in the shop. During the nearly 3 weeks it was in this shop, I was kept in regular contact about the status of the vehicle. Steve and the manager were extremely helpful with negotiations between the shop and my insurance to keep it under the $ threshold (well kept 2019 car with VERY low mileage) for being totaled. I have 2 other vehicles with hail damage that I am also trusting with Veterans. I appreciate their effort, the communication, and am happy with my updated experience.

Went to several auto body shops that said it was bad damage and would take weeks to repair, cost multiple thousands of dollars, and wouldn't get to the job for 2-3 more months. It was mentioned that adjacent fender panels would also have to be replaced to achieve proper alignment. One shop said the entire front bumper had to be replaced. The price estimates were quite high. I finally found Rogers Dent. They said initially the damage wasn't that bad and would only need the car for a couple of days. They were confident the repair would look great again and the price was very reasonable. I accepted this estimate and they scheduled me in 5 days. The guys were very polite and professional. This shop is terrific place.

Manny explained how the paintless dent removal process would work and that the result would be 90% perfect (which I knew going in and was fine with). We received a call yesterday asking if we opened an insurance claim. We told them that we plan to pay out of pocket for the expenses. The employee said he needed to ask his boss if it was ok. Immediately to me, that's a red flag. He comes back and says they ONLY work with insurance. We questioned what difference it would have made if we paid them vs insurance paid them, they gave some B.S. roundabout excuse. I believe this body shop ONLY works with insurance so that they can jack up the prices & likely bill for unnecessary things, so that they get paid more. Otherwise, they would have let us pay out of pocket. Beware of this body shop.
