I was trying to ask basic questions, and instead of giving me any real information, he kept cutting me off and snapping "NO" at me. When I asked why he was talking to me like that, he suddenly tried to tone it down, but still repeated the same line: " We only do bathrooms and kitchens." If that's all they offer, fine - but there was absolutely no reason for the attitude. He could have simply explained their limited scope instead of acting annoyed that I even called. Based on that interaction alone, I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

They came out on Thursday (4-4-19) morning to measure and find out exactly what I need. The guy said he'd have an estimate the next day or Monday (4-8-19) at the latest. On Wednesday (4-10-19), I called to find out where the estimate is. They called me back the next day (4-11-19) and said the estimate will be here on Friday (4-12-19 a week later than promised). Today (4-12-19), they called me again to say I'll have the estimate next week sometime. They've promised when I'll have the estimate three times. They can't even get me an estimate on time. This is not a little job. The other estimates I've gotten are $7,000-$8500. Nope, I don't need this BS. I told them to forget it. All Chris Doppler said was "OK".
