The southwest colors here on on point, bring your camera! The cookbooks are mostly southwest feel and they have selected some really high quality ones. Picked one out from a Santa Fe restaurant, Cafe Pasqual's, love the book! The pottery and ceramics have a fun southwest feel! Table clothes and placemats are full of fun bright southwest colors! Side note: The street "Bent" is famous and has a number of fun shops close by! You may want to park close by. **Be warned: The driving in Toas, the roads are tight for the most part in town, and some are one way. The customer service is top notch! Beyond his brilliant eye for design and great ideas for materials, Sven was an invaluable partner in managing the renovation itself. Our project turned into a bit of an archeological adventure--we discovered so much hiding under the walls of our old adobe kitchen--but Sven served as a constant guide. Whether it was navigating floor or countertop choices or troubleshooting design issues as they popped up during the work, he was always there to help coordinate with our contractors. In fact, he was so skilled and helpful that even our own contractors were impressed; they actually added him to their roster of design consultants. We couldn't be happier with our new space and highly recommend Sven to anyone looking for a thoughtful, capable, and dedicated design expert.

Demo started on my kitchen mid-Feb; ovens installed end July. I was advised to order my appliances…read morefrom Builders Source, which I did early Dec, 2025. Builders Supply sent the details and dimensions of all the appliances to Full Measure at that time so Full Measure knew that my wall oven would not be at eye-level two months before they started demo. They never advised me. - The crew doing the work had only done one bathroom for Full Measure; this was their first kitchen job - The crew supervisors came the first two days of demo, and two other times over the whole demo/installation period. They never came at crucial stages of installation. - The oven cabinet was damaged in transport, but the crew installed it anyway. One supervisor said it would be dealt with at the end of the project and told the crew to install it. I said I wouldn't accept it so they ordered another one. - When the stone company came to do the templates for the countertops one cabinet and the island were not installed properly. Again, the supervisor asked me to accept the issue, which I wouldn't. - The second oven cabinet arrived. When it was installed the supervisors said they could raise the position of the wall oven 6", which would still place it at waist level. They said the company could not supply a cabinet to place my oven where I wanted it and where it should be. I said I couldn't accept it, and was told I would have to have a custom cabinet built on my own. - They never came to do a final inspection and discuss payment, but instead threatened me with two letters stating they would make a lien against my property if I didn't pay the last full installment. - I paid the full amount, even through the ovens hadn't been installed. - The new custom cabinet I paid for was installed mid-July. - When Builders Source came to install the ovens they discovered the electric connection was wrong. The crew had put a plug in the wall, but the ovens were hard-wired. Full Measure would not do anything about it so I had to pay an electrician to do it. - The stone company came to install the last piece. I asked the owner to have the technician look at the sinks (which I had bought from the stone company) because water was collecting around the drains. The technician said the gaskets had been installed incorrectly by Full Measure. The owner said he would contact Full Measure to see if they would change the gaskets, but nothing has been done. Again, I will now have to pay a plumber to do the job. - The drawers on the island have never closed properly. -

He also was available for whatever questions we had throughout the entire process. Jack, the owner, personally came to double check all of the measurements that were taken. We had Matt and Brad do the work on our kitchen for us. They were quiet, friendly, and did impeccable work. I was reviewing the online listing, trying to gather pertinent info to share with the client - ie cost, colors, availability, shipping time in transit so they could make an informed decision. The shipping time wasn't listed online but I saw they had a customer service chat function. I sent my question on shipping time and waited a minute for someone to connect. They sent "?????" and "are you there?" right when they connected. Weird. I wrote back hello and they said they needed to know what color to answer. I shared the potential color. They said it was in stock, goes out within week of the order, and ships fedex. I asked how long it would be expected to take in transit. (This was my question initially). They said they don't make any promises. I said is there an estimation... 2 weeks, 5 months, roughly what should we plan for? They then wrote "why would you say that when I just said one week?" But as you recall, I was told after ordering, they ship out within one week. They never said the timing in transit. Then they disconnected. I was dumbfounded! Needless to say I absolutely will not recommend my client orders from Bon Marche. Hope this customer service person has the day they deserve.

Defective items and threatening customer service. This does not follow US trade law, where regardless of a claim or not they are responsible for non-defective items. When I reminded them of their responsibility and graciously laid out options, including sending back for a normal return, they called me at SEVEN PM at night to threaten me and my family like thugs. I cannot get over the disgusting behavior of such thugs, this store is like a criminal enterprise. They may just get defective merchandise from Bon Marche and try to pawn it off onto customers who do not know better. Avoid this vendor at all costs - they don't even provide a price advantage vs. the Fermob website, or even Pottery Barn. I tried to support a small business - however an attempted scam and criminal behavior is what I was rewarded with. I may have to file a restraining order against their bizarre and undignified customer service representative, Jean Phillipe. Don't waste time, just buy from Fermob directly.

Robert Strahle has been great, very responsive, and very professional since contacting him for countertops. He had just what I was looking for in stock. He came out with his Laser equipment to measure and make the template which is the newest in technology. Plus, he had some good ideas in solving some awkward area details. The finished project turned out great! The installers got it all done smoothly in 1 day without any issues. My new "downsized" house had laminate countertops and I hated them. Now I have beautiful Quartz tops. I just LOVE them!!! All day long my heart was pounding like a woman in "crazy love" as I watched my new tops being installed! The anticipation of Quartz tops finally in my kitchen was so huge! LOL!!! Now I can't keep my hands off my countertops either as I keep looking at them and feeling how smooth and beautiful they are. So after almost 2 years with ugly existing laminate tops I now have the beautiful Quartz tops I wanted. It's soooo worth it!
