The southwest colors here on on point, bring your camera! The cookbooks are mostly southwest feel and they have selected some really high quality ones. Picked one out from a Santa Fe restaurant, Cafe Pasqual's, love the book! The pottery and ceramics have a fun southwest feel! Table clothes and placemats are full of fun bright southwest colors! Side note: The street "Bent" is famous and has a number of fun shops close by! You may want to park close by. **Be warned: The driving in Toas, the roads are tight for the most part in town, and some are one way. The customer service is top notch! Beyond his brilliant eye for design and great ideas for materials, Sven was an invaluable partner in managing the renovation itself. Our project turned into a bit of an archeological adventure--we discovered so much hiding under the walls of our old adobe kitchen--but Sven served as a constant guide. Whether it was navigating floor or countertop choices or troubleshooting design issues as they popped up during the work, he was always there to help coordinate with our contractors. In fact, he was so skilled and helpful that even our own contractors were impressed; they actually added him to their roster of design consultants. We couldn't be happier with our new space and highly recommend Sven to anyone looking for a thoughtful, capable, and dedicated design expert.

Multiple people dropped the ball on my UC (under the cabinet lighting) multiple times and because of this the job was not done the way I wanted it. I finally got the bar lights and one has fallen down twice. (I just fixed it myself) I wanted two outlets in my island, but settled for one just to be done with it. The "top tier" cabinets, with "triple baked on paint" are ehh. I have paint coming off (see photo) on the edge of the garbage can cabinet. If the bag isn't pulled out straight up it with rip. So, what would cause the paint to rub off? Warped cabinet doors, they said to wait a year for the full cycle of the seasons and the doors will straighten on their own. Has not happened. Again, these are they're top tier, most expensive cabinets. I have a spot, next to my stovetop, where they missed putting grout between the backsplash and the countertop. (see phot) I haven't bothered to call Full Measure to fix it For the he money I spent, I expected better.

They even fed me some great French pastry on one occasion. I have seen many people come and go and I was in the store when two ladies took extra brochures because they needed something to write on. The owner was very nice about it but said please take one and write on that if you need to but printing colored brochures is very expensive and if it's scratch paper you are looking for I have a paper bag you can write on. The lady said something I couldn't quite hear but left quite abruptly. I didn't think the owner was being rude. Some folks are just hard to please I guess. Anyway, I've bought some of their shoes and cushions. The items they sell are not inexpensive but it's like Mom used to say, "you get what you pay for". Long story short some of these items are years old now and have been left out in the weather (sun and rain) and they haven't faded or fallen apart. I can't say the same for the Chinese items I've purchased at Wal-Mart. I always try to support our local businesses first and use Wal-Mart as a last resort. Anyway I love this unique one-of-a-kind business. They have things that you won't find anywhere else.

I was reviewing the online listing, trying to gather pertinent info to share with the client - ie cost, colors, availability, shipping time in transit so they could make an informed decision. The shipping time wasn't listed online but I saw they had a customer service chat function. I sent my question on shipping time and waited a minute for someone to connect. They sent "?????" and "are you there?" right when they connected. Weird. I wrote back hello and they said they needed to know what color to answer. I shared the potential color. They said it was in stock, goes out within week of the order, and ships fedex. I asked how long it would be expected to take in transit. (This was my question initially). They said they don't make any promises. I said is there an estimation... 2 weeks, 5 months, roughly what should we plan for? They then wrote "why would you say that when I just said one week?" But as you recall, I was told after ordering, they ship out within one week. They never said the timing in transit. Then they disconnected. I was dumbfounded! Needless to say I absolutely will not recommend my client orders from Bon Marche. Hope this customer service person has the day they deserve.
