No lows no mids. The very high was the very courteous and helpful lady or "panadera" there. I also tried their what seems to be their croissant with vanilla cream as well as their version of a French horn. To me they were fairly similar. The cupcakes were also very dry, unfortunately but I wouldn't have minded that if they were the flavor I signed off on in my order. I understand mistakes are made, but a good business takes care of their customers and tries to make it right. She also said she made extra for me to be nice but honestly, I would have preferred the correct cupcakes and less of them :(. Giving me more than I needed does not make up for making orange chocolate cupcakes instead of vanilla. I'd have been better off ordering from a grocery store.
