The chicken was juicy and crispy. The quiche had spinach and tomatoes. It was very fresh tasting and delicious. Good for a quick healthy breakfast item. It tasted really good with salsa on it The sweet potato has was also good. Lightly seasoned and allowed the sweet potatoes to just shine.
