When I asked for the manager, I expected her/him to be apologetic and quickly resolve the issue. Instead, she was extremely rude and inconsiderate and made excuses for the bad service. For the record, the manager was working tonight at 6:30 pm on March 2, 2019. If this is the manager training associates, I would see why you would continue to have customer service issues. My daughter left disappointed without any of the school clothes she needed.

I felt extremely uncomfortable with some strange man standing on the other side of a flimsy curtain from me while I was undressed. I do not understand why men needed to be in the dressing room - no men's clothes are sold here. If your SO is trying things on then you can stand just outside the door and she can show you things. None of the staff did anything to help me or to tell these men to get the hell out of a women only space. In fact one staff member encouraged a man to enter the dressing room. I was totally floored.
