Not saying they aren't entitled to their opinions, but it can skew the reviews for a place. As a seller, I can't speak to this place. That's all I'm saying. What I will say is, as a shopper, I felt like the inventory was great and particularly more stylish than some of the other consignment shops nearby. At the moment they have a 50% off sale on some winter items, and I found the already-reasonably-priced pieces even better at the discounted rate. I got 3 items consisting of 2 tops and 1 pair of earrings for $25. I mean, for the Main Line the prices were simply not that bad. I know at least one similar store in the vicinity that is more expensive and the items strike me as less trendy. Finally, I didn't find the staff rude. They informed me of the sale when I arrived and were pleasant as I checked out. I didn't feel like they were lurking over my shoulder. I know this is a thing in some places, but I just didn't feel that here. All in all, I'll probably be back. Especially with the sale going on. I went on my lunch break, so I didn't get to shop at my leisure.

I was nervous since I hadn't had any previous experience trying on wedding dresses and wasn't sure what to expect, but the staff of Sabrina Ann's was wonderful the second we walked into the shop. We were greeted warmly and instructed to start looking at and pulling dresses and which sizes to pull from. My family and bridesmaids had fun scouring the racks and pulling designs they thought would look nice on me; even my 8yo niece had a great time searching. Amy helped me get into and out of each dress and listened to my input on each one. She lent her opinions, as well, in a friendly and constructive manner; I couldn't have worked with a better consultant! Although, an appointment is slotted for an hour, I never felt rushed and couldn't believe by the end of my appointment that 2hrs had gone by. Once I had The Dress on, she pulled a veil and I put on my heels and it was so glaringly obvious I had found The Dress that I couldn't hold back my tears. Donna took one look at my face and said, "I have the perfect dress for you." I'm between 12-14 and am working through some insecurities, so when she said that, I said "yeah, right." Donna told me I deserved to feel delicious in my dress, so I tried it on. My God. I looked and felt like a mermaid Goddess. The dress is a beautiful mermaid/trumpet style gown that hugged my curves in all the right places (I'll update with pictures soon!). It was affordable and very well-made.
