This is a decades worth of service opportunities that were below average. By contrast, I have indeed seen them treat other people very nice and go above and beyond...the last time I was there I witnessed that, and I just laughed to myself, because I'm ten years in on this business and have NEVER been treated so nicely and friendly. I'll rate my experience(s) one star but if it was a way to rate lower I surely would. Nothing I've experienced there over the years would make me recommend them to anyone. The win on location/convenience - not service.

As a dude I don't need to shop for clothes for more than 10 minutes. It's very easy to find what I need at Clothes Quarters. I walk in and they show me where the color and size I need are. Super easy. They take credit cards. I buy their scrubs, but they have a ton of school uniforms and sports uniforms as well. Also, clothes quarters has shoes and pro sports jerseys, too. They also embroider if you work someplace like Main Line Health that requires their logo on the front of your uniform. This is a great small business to support! We've been going to them for at least five years now.

Unfortunately, Murphy's is a far cry from Susan's and they have inherited very big shoes to fill. I have had uniforms on order through Murphy's since early December and was informed in February that the style of scrubs ordered were not available. I tried to be understanding because "COVID", but the store is understaffed and the owner has a regular day job somewhere else according to his mother who is there during the day. I was told when I went in face to face that my new order would be rushed, but a month later I have no scrubs, no updates and no one answers the phone or returns voicemail. One star is appropriate since they are a uniform shop that does not actually supply uniforms. I would look elsewhere as we are.

I had called ahead to ask whether the models I wanted to see were in stock and was told they were, but when I arrived, they weren't. Instead, I was told to go see them at National Appliance Warehouse and then come back because they would price match. That struck me as very unprofessional. It seemed like they were using other companies as their showroom because they didn't actually have what they advertised on display. I also noticed several older models being presented as if they were new. I could be mistaken, but that was the impression I got. One thing that really stood out to me was that it appeared one of the refrigerators on the showroom floor was being used to store an employee's lunch. Maybe that particular refrigerator wasn't actually for sale, but it wasn't marked as such, so it gave the impression that the display appliances were being used by employees. I could be wrong, but that was honestly how it looked to me. The delivery times were also much longer than expected. When it came time to place an order, I found out the appliance would actually be shipped from another company rather than directly from them. That made the entire process feel like they were brokering the sale instead of selling inventory they actually had. Several of the appliances also had small nicks, dents, and marks, yet they were not labeled as scratch-and-dent items. In the end, they didn't earn my business. Buyers should do their homework before purchasing and make sure the products they're expecting to see are actually available before making the trip.
