If your REALLY desperate for Thai food, sure try this place. Got the drunken noodle and fried rice. Both were mediocre at best. Son would not eat rice. This place reminds me of a cheap Chinese restaurant in the mall...but with Thai food. read more

Small local restaurant here that are serving up Thai food the right way ! I never though I would find good Thai food till I came here ! I HIGHLY recommend coming here for lunch because they such cheap and filling lunch specials ! My lunch special included to choose between an egg roll or a soup and then an entree ! Food is always great here and they always have my takeout orders ready on time. The mussaman curry is my favorite but I don't think you can go wrong with ordering anything as it will all be delicious. read more

I love a good family restaurant. This place is a real gem. The eggrolls have a great light crispiness and come with a great sweet sauce. The pad see ewe is a crowd pleaser, including little ones. The seafood green curry was really incredible. Really satisfying complex flavors. They also have an interesting selection of sodas and beers and the prices and portions are very reasonable. We'll definitely make sure to come back any time we're in town. read more

Really authentic Thai food. Pad See Ew, i can smell smoke from noodle which is really tasty. Gotta order bubble tea. Tapiocas are really soft! read more

Walworth is a tiny town which understandably doesn't have too much interesting culinary activity going on, so we were surprised and excited to see a Thai restaurant open up right on Main Street, behind Sammy's on the Square. The service was excellent! We loved that one of the owners came out to meet us and explain the restaurant a bit. I ordered a Pad Thai with tofu which was pretty good. They only had meat options listed, so my Pad Thai came out with just little shards of tofu instead of larger pieces. Considering that, it seemed kind of pricey at $9 -- I'll be trying something else next time. My dining companions loved their shrimp Lad Nah and tofu curry dishes. We'll be back around for sure. read more

My friend and I were at the Abbey Resort for a quick overnight spa getaway, and before heading home, we decided to stop for lunch. We were at the consignment shop across the street, and someone suggested Two Sisters. Everyone in the store seconded it, and we got the same reaction when we were in the shop next door (All About Ewe), so that sealed the deal. I love Thai food, but it's not my husband's first choice, so I always opt to have it when I get the chance. Two Sisters is in an older building just off the main square in Walworth, with a small dining room and a bustling carry-out business. The restrooms are through a door in the dining room, that leads out to an old hallway that I'm led to believe is part of a hotel (due to a sign stating the restroom is not for hotel patrons). Then you go through a couple more doors to get to the restroom - it's a minor adventure, but well worth it if you've gotta go! My friend had Pad Thai with shrimp and a starter salad that we shared (it was really big!) and I had Panang Curry with shrimp, and we shared an order of fried tofu. Everything tasted fresh and the food was delicious. I took half my food home and had it that night for dinner, it was so tasty I didn't mind having the same meal twice the same day! Service was quick and friendly. Initially, it seemed random to us that one of the most popular restaurants in the tiny town of Walworth would be a Thai place, but small towns need tasty Thai too! We'll definitely be back on our next weekend in the area. read more

It was fantastic! My seafood curry special was truly special, a rich beautiful dish that I'm going to savor every last drop of. I wasn't expecting much for a small town outside of Lake Geneva during the off season, but this place could rival any of my normal haunts back in the city. read more

We stopped in as we were traveling from Milwaukee to St. Louis. What a fun find in an unexpected, yet cute, location. Two Sisters was very accommodating as my husband and I are both vegetarian. The Massman Curry at spice level 3 was perfect. The noodles in my husband's pad see ew were wide but thin, like ribbons of crepe almost. The tofu in both dishes was fresh. So good. We both said we wished they had a location in MKE. Thank you for a fun and delicious stop on our trip. read more

Very tasty and reasonably priced. I had the pho. I'll be back and have recommended it to others

We decided to try this restaurant (only take out now) with skepticism. We were so pleased and surprised. Food was excellent! Living in Chicago there are many Thai restaurants which just aren't very good. Two Sisters is in the very good category. It is unassuming off of square in Walworth. I only noticed it when I went to tiny post office. We had delicious soup, a curry dish and oyster/beef. Don't hesitate to go! read more

The food is always good. We really enjoy the spring rolls. Our food is always ready when we arrive.

Horrible. Won't go back. Sorry to say..... chicken wings dry, ick. Spring rolls weird, too much lettuce and a funky herb in there, not worth it! Lame #31, added this at the end- not worth this in Walworth! Ill get carry out in Crystal Lake at my favorite Thai (Krystal Thai) . read more

Two Sisters is delicious and, from what we've heard from our Thai aficionados, very authentic. We've only done take out but it has given us the opportunity to have leftovers which get even better over time. Try the papaya salad -spicy- as a crunchy complement to whatever you choose. We like the green curry and the Pad Thai. Delicious food. Don't miss... read more

The restaurant is tucked away on N. Main St across from the post office. Their food is amazing. Full of flavor and fresh ingredients. This one was a little disappointing. Of course, I'm gonna be tough because believe it or not, I am actually 50% Indian. Soooo the Asian food is very familiar territory for me. First, the opening was tiny. What I mean by opening, is the general seating area. Trust me, I'm all for very basic looks when it comes to quick Asian food, but I could've floated a napkin from one side to the other. The other thing was the 'hostess'. There was nothing wrong with their operation setup, but TWICE, a party of one came in, was told to be seated wherever they like, chose their own table, and were both moved to a more convenient seating to allow for bigger parties in the middle. It was just be easier if we were told where to sit. Okayyyyyy, the food: Fried Wonton (2/5) --- Bummer. I love fried wontons. The only thing I like more than fried wontons, is crab rangoon. This looked, felt, and tasted more like crab rangoon than a wonton. Just a little weird. Also, almost no filling inside. Beef Red Curry (2/5) --- Honestly, I was expecting the sweeter, pastier curry because I know Thai food relies on more sugar than natural heat to flavor their dishes, but what? The lady asked, on a scale of 1-5, how spicy do I want it... I said 5. DUH. Test me. I dare you. So I got the plate and it looked good. Let me tell you, I could've served this to my 3 year old kid. (If I had a kid) It was certainly not a 5/5 spicy heat. It was at best a 2/5 and I'm being generous. All I'm saying is don't raise the roof if you can't bring the house down. It was a little disappointing. Also, the other thing that I've read in these reviews is true; there's little meat. That's just bogus. Overall, the curry tasted good, the beef tasted good, the bubble tea looked as good as I've had anywhere else, but it just wasn't anywhere as good or high quality as I was expecting, and believe, as soon as I walked in, I had some lower expectations. I totally sound bogus. I don't care. I love Asian food. read more

Finding some Asian food in a sleepy town in the country side brings smile to my face. Clearly I can't live without rice and soy sauce. I'm glad I ate here despite of some negative reviews. Is it a 5 star in Los Angeles? No. But don't use big city scale to rate something in the country side. The freshness of the ingredients, no use of MSG (wasn't thirsty afterwards), and their attentive service gives them the 5 stars in my book. It does take them a little longer than usual to cook the food, but I think it's because they prepares them as they're being ordered. Can't really fault them for that. read more

Great Thai food, so happy we have this in our town. We mostly order for pick up, but have occasionally sat down for service. If you are looking for ambiance and atmosphere, this is not the place, but they have good food and quick service! A reliable gem in the neighborhood. read more

You're at your in laws, who have a place near -- or, if you're really blessed -- ON Lake Geneva. Your mother in law is getting on your nerves and one more burger or fish fry will make you scream and make you forget that you even HAVE a trust fund . . . and then? You need a little Thai. Just a little. Some Pad Thai and a Spring Roll, for God's sakes. Just something to buck you up. And, here it is! A Thai place in Walworth, WI. Holy smokes. How in heck??!! But it's there. It's real. And they've got the stuff! Is Singha in Chicago quaking with fear? Probably not. But this will get you through. And it does. read more

The people who run this place were so nice that I hate to leave a bad review, but I feel that people need to be warned about the quality of the food. This review reflects my April 2, 2016 experience. It was a weekend. The tiny restaurant was not crowded. The Spring Rolls were the one decent thing worth mention. If you are a vegetarian, this is a feast for you. Unfortunately, I am not. It was basically an uncooked, unheated, raw vegetable selection wrapped in a clear spring roll wrapper. A salad in a wrap, if you will. The egg rolls were soaked in oil. They were literally soggy and dripping with fry oil. If I had to guess, they were left over from a previous buffet or previously cooked and thrown back in the fryer to heat them up again. Instead of being crunchy, they were soggy throughout. The cabbage inside was soggy. Upon splitting one of them open to examine why they were so bad, only two tiny pieces of chicken were able to be found. The egg rolls are definitely not made fresh on the premises. Perhaps they come pre-cooked in a bag and Two Sisters just heats them up. There were four of us that ate there and we all had similar experiences. We all ordered Pad Se Ewe. One with Beef, one with chicken and one with tofu. First off, the noodles were overcooked, as if they had been left in water until someone orders them and then heated up. They were borderline soggy. The noodles were thinner and smaller than I have become accustomed to eating at multiple Thai places in Cook, McHenry and Lake County in Illinois. The sauce had ZERO flavor. No spice. No heat. No nothing. It was like gravy that needed salt. The meats in the pad se ewe were an awkward color and texture from normal Thai food. The beef was a light, light brown, as if it were boiled and not cooked in a wok. It was chewy as if it was boiled and lacked in any flavor. The chicken took on the same texture and lack of flavor. The Tofu was soggy...as if it was boiled. If I wanted Irish cuisine where everything was boiled and had no flavor, I would not have come to a Thai restaurant. I suppose we have been spoiled by good, big city Thai food and made the mistake of trying small town cuisine while in Fontana/Lake Geneva for the weekend. Lesson learned. If you want good thai food, don't go to a po-dunk town in Wisconsin and expect a gourmet experience. The people were nice, the place was quaint, the food was absolutely horrible. read more

Straight-up, excellent, authentic Thai. Forget the "best in Walworth", this is some of the best Thai food you will find in the States, period. The owners are the cooks, and that explains a lot. Fresh ingredients, everything made from scratch, while you wait, and excellent service. What's not to like? The prices aren't bad, you can eat a good dinner for about what you'd spend on a pizza, and the portions are generous. I've tried a pretty good sampling of the menu, from soups to salads to entrees, and it's all good. This is definitely on of our regular spots, and will be for the foreseeable future. read more

Best Thai in Walworth county, excellent take out food with small sit down area. Don't let the size of the joint fool you, it's well run with top notch Thai. Careful with ordering spice they will give it to you on a 1-5 scale. Tried the red curry and Tom yum soup and it didn't disappoint probably the best red curry I have had in years so I'll definitely be back for that. Sticky rice with Mango was great to finish off the meal. Well done Two Sisters! read more

Really good Thai take out. Do take out, because the inside looks sad. We ordered dishes with various kinds of meat and didn't experience issues like other reviewers had. I think it helped to be very articulate on the phone for the order. -Ka Num Jeb: chicken and shrimp dumplings, good, but smaller than I expected. -Wonton soup: some of the best wonton soup I've ever had. Filling and authentic wontons. -Pineapple Fried Rice with Chicken: really good, complimented the other dishes. -Pad See Ewe with Beef: flat rice noodles, loved the sauce with the beef. -Pa Nang Curry with Shrimp: a sweet curry, heaping portion that went well with the shrimp, more liquid-y than anticipated but still good, especially with the pineapple fried rice. You can have them substitute any of the rice dishes for brown rice. read more

One of the best Thai restaurants I've ever had. It is a small space, but they also do a brisk carry out business. We arrived a little before they opened and there were cars lined up down the block waiting for the doors to open. We go out of our way to eat there when we're in Wisconsin. read more

Delicious no frills Thai! Went here while spending the weekend at the Abbey nearby because of the great Yelp reviews, and I'm glad we did. The spring rolls were good, but it was the peanut sauce and hot sauce we put on top that made them even better. The Panang shrimp curry, medium heat, was outstanding, my husband finished every last drop like it was soup. The Pad Kee Mao was good too, but the curry was the star of our meal. The woman working, one of the two sisters, was so incredibly sweet it made the experience even better. Sister 2 came out and said hi as well and made sure we enjoyed our meal. It was definitely casual and no thrills but they don't need it, the food speaks for itself. Should you find yourself out this way and want something different than everywhere else the area, it's a must stop! read more

My wife & I have eaten at many Thai places in Chicago and consequently are a bit picky. We found Good... No, excellent Thai food in Walworth Wi of all places! Two sisters hit the mark with every dish! We started off with a fresh spring roll, it was a very fresh veggy salad wrapped in rice paper with a sweet peanut sauce on the side. We also tried the chicken Sate for an appetizer (although I like a chunkier peanut sauce) it was delicious. The sliced beef salad was spiced & grilled perfectly and our red curry with shrimp was very authentic with anise thai basil and plenty of spicy curry served with rice. We are looking forward to our next trip there! read more

When you need a Thai fix in the Lake Geneva area this is the place. Sure it is a drive, but sometimes you just want thai food. (Haven't found ANY other thai food places here). Don't expect great ambience, you'll be dissapointed. The food and frieindly service make up for it. Everything we tried was great from the fresh spring roll to the pad thai and pad see ewe. Beware though, they don't serve libations AND you can't bring in your own. (Of course the "wine lady" had to ask). I am still going back. Maybe it's good it isn't too close.. YUM read more
