Wouldn't that give her the relevant judgment for the timeframe for weekly work. - Billable hours differed from her conversation with me at the conclusion of her work and her actual bill. Her response was that it was the customer's fault. I had indicated I needed a timeframe for work because I had an appointment and needed her to leave. It was under 4 hours of work, however, she billed me for 4 hours. - Moved household items in home without permission. - Stood on kitchen counters to reach up for plants without asking for assistance or permission (did not produce liability insurance). - Left potting soil everywhere she worked. When asked if she would clean up she was complacent and replied, "I'm so tired. I'm getting too old for this job." - Defensively began insulting client's home as a diversion when questioned about her unprofessional behavior. - When questioned about her work, she was very defensive and rude (constantly interrupted did not let the customer finish sentence). - She cannot take client's suggestions well, very rude and defensive. - One of the worse experiences with a 'professional' indoor plant care 'specialist' I have ever encountered. - Neighbors who used her services shared negative experiences with similar complaints. - She charged for 4 hours of work, however, her email refers to 2 hours of work. - Conclusion: Do NOT hire her. RUN!!!
