The food- this is a must see and experience place for foodies! Mermaid Pancakes and King Prawns Pasta offered up tastiness for the eyes and the mouth. The Spicy Chicken Burger was delicious. It was just the right amount of spicy. The chicken was cooked to perfection; juicy and moist. The Quinoa Goreng was even better. A great mix of flavors. If you try it, you won't be disappointed. The matcha latte is sweetened, but not too sweet. The latte packs a bold punch of flavor. There is a ton of attention to aesthetic here. Everything is plated in a fun presentation. The ambiance- cute on the inside, functional on the outside. The inside boasts leafy greens adorning the wallpaper, cute little lace and gold decor thoroughout. The outside has 3 marble top tables with etched leafy designs on the base and stools. The music in the background is fun and relaxing to listen to while you take everything else in.

This was one of my favorite places we ate in Sydney. The drinks and all the food here are so beautifully plated AND it tastes amazing!! We loved their juice/smoothie so much we ordered a second one after we finished the first. The banana bread is one of the best I ever had and I loved my entree with tumeric chicken. The owner was really nice to us and even let us try some of her waffle creations. The restaurant is small but photogenic with their leaf wallpaper. Wish they had a place like this in the states!

I went here for brunch with my family. The place was really small. We were lucky when we came here there was nobody. I ordered french toast, our famous dukkah eggs, and quinoa goreng. The taste was good! The place was really clean. The staff were very friendly! CONCLUSION = RECOMMENDED!!

Cute little coffee shop with a simple and relaxing ambiance. We sat outside and enjoyed amazing iced vanilla lattes, long black coffees and breakfast We tried a few different breakfast options and they were all delicious. Service was great, can definitely tell it's a little local shop which is nice.

"Not worth your calories." Customer service was good and food was plated very aesthetically however it tasted a bit shit and was overpriced. We ordered from the dessert, breakfast and lunch menu. The mermaid pancakes were the most disappointing of all, aesthetically they were beautiful, but it tasted bland and overpowering at the same time. The breakfast food was aight. Lunch menu (ramen) was definitely different and better than everything else. In conclusion: come here for some GOOD ASS instagram photos at a MODERATELY HIGH PRICE but don't come here expecting to feel satiated. The end.

This café in Pyrmont exudes Tropical Vibes! Green leafy wallpaper, pinewood seats, gold cutleries... I wish I have a café like this near my house! This small cosy café makes the most creative dishes in the city! Perfect for brunch dates and quality catch-ups! Their pancakes, French toasts, pastas and noodles are beautifully decorated with flowers and bright colours! And not to mention... Colourful lattes are their specialty! Matcha & Rose latte are my favourite!

Love love love this place! My husband and I were visiting Australia for our honeymoon and only in Sydney for three days. We enjoyed this place so much that we decided to go back! Food was awesome and the presentation blew us away. Next visit to Sydney I will certainly be back.

Beautiful French toast. Not too sweet with decorations of fresh fruit and grains atop of syrup around plate. (Added avocado smash toast.)

The restaurant is so quaint with leafy green plants and banana wallpaper. Cool, hipster vibe. One of the "Two Sis" sisters who opened the place just four months ago was so kind. Awesome service! Very attentive and quick. Delicious matcha green tea latte! I drank it in a minute. The French toast was good. Very pretty presentation. Avocado smash was good too, but could use more salt and pepper for flavor. Good value overall. Love the decor and today's pop music which made for a great atmosphere! I would visit as a regular if I weren't a tourist!

First impressions count, and GC had me at hello... That 'tash, is to curling what.... Curling is to the winter olympics. Awesome sauce! I fully expect moustache rides will be on the menu if business ever hits the skids. Alas, despite the gleeful charm of the curly coifed one, nothing short of an excellent coffee with character was going to make the all important lasting impression on me and sadly in that area GC disappoints. I gave GC the Soy Latte test and the Long Black test and it just doesn't measure up to other coffee in the area. I like strong coffee with complexity and GC just doesn't have that. It's not the worst but it is very weak despite using the same La Marzocco espresso machine (that Barista's rave about for ease of use) as other places in the area. The service at GC however is very good and to some people that's first priority. So if you aren't too fussy about your coffee and are looking for a smile and a spring in your step from an energetic soul then get your morning fix at GC, and start the day on a happy note.

We came in thinking it was just a coffee shop, but it's essentially a restaurant that also has a focus on coffee. They have a full bar and a window to the outside where you can order just coffee and tea to go. As for the interior it's dimly lit and sort of has romantic date night vibes. We essentially only ordered coffee and one person ordered a cake slice. The lychee cake was pretty good per my aunt. A couple people ordered the Coco Loco, which is basically an espresso martini on steroids with Nutella and something like a Ferrero Rocher. I ordered a latte and their Affogato. The latte was very smooth and BI is arguably one of the best I've ever had. Is the Affogato a cheat code because they use like a tiramisu ice cream? You could argue that case. You can also buy their blends of coffee beans, subject to availability. While the latte was very smooth, I can't say it was mind blowing but it was still pretty good.

I also reserve 4 and 5 star reviews for exceptional service with unforgettable dining experiences. The ambience is intimate but also noisy. I will say the coffee here and in Australia in general is some of the best coffee I've ever had. I ordered (2) espresso martinis, pancakes, and the sirloin steak breakfast with a side hashbrown. My pancakes were stone cold but I will say the aesthetics on it made it edible. The pistachio butter cream was to die for. My steak was ok ; for the price I simply just wanted more. I could be wrong but I doubt it was even 6oz. If you have this place on your radar be sure to make reservations. This goes for almost every restaurant in Sydney. My server was Cassie who was very personable and even gave us tips on what to watch out for dining in Sydney.
