We parked across the street at a parking lot and walked to the ice cream place. Canyon Creamery is such a cute and small ice cream place, we were greeted by the young girl in charge. They had a good selection of flavors and even sorbets! I had a "Cookies & Cream" scoop and a "cookie dough" scoop in a waffle cone. -I had no idea how huge the scoops were! When I received my ice cream cone I almost fainted! It was so big! But the best part was the flavor! Yummmm. Good ice cream! Definitely worth to stop by if you are driving. The shop also offers coffee drinks. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The girl was nice and sweet and she giggled when she saw my face after I got the ice cream. Riggins is a cute little town, so nice to walk around with my delicious ice cream while appreciating the scenery.

I was warned that it's very slow and as long as we weren't in a hurry to go here. Their menu is very simple. Your basic breakfast diner menu. I ordered the breakfast sandwich without meat, just egg and cheese. After about 20 mins I heard the cook saying to the waitress "what do mean no meat?! they want just cheese?!?" I thought I was funny. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the food didn't blow me away, it was good but nothing special. Also, even though I knew it was going to be a wait, 30 mins for an egg and cheese sandwich that wasn't exceptional didn't work for me. The waitress was sweet and they have outdoor seating.
