It will be my life mission to get his recipe and have his bagel legacy live forever. This is BY FAR one of the best places to eat in Redding. Now that I live in San Diego, I make it a point to eat here every time we come back to Redding. It gave me time to look over the menu and grab some "day old" discounted bagels as well. I opted for the North Beach because I love my sandwiches with a lot of goodies in it.
