Omg as to how I have not heard about this place!!! And, I was en route to what appears to be the area's best restaurant to finally have a good meal when I was diverted. For me, a food snob, who's barely had a good meal in months, that says a tremendous amount! As I rounded corner to said restaurant, I heard wonderful music playing, saw people sitting outside with wine and tried to see what this was all attached to. All I could see was a random wine shop which confused me and I nearly turned around. The ambience was much too inviting to cop out, however, so I decided to investigate said wine shop, which barely looked open. Well, inside you are greeted with a sweet little selection of bottles and a full length bar with people enjoying wine. The man behind the bar couldn't be more affable and gave me the lay of the land. I ordered a healthy pour of Chardonnay for $5 but know next visit I can feed my wine snob palate and buy a bottle, have a glass here and then take the rest home. That's pure heaven to me - how idyllic! You can sit inside at the bar or outside on the patio and it's so comfortable whichever way you choose. They have some cheese and crackers to order to snack on too. Love this place! it's so chill, so unassuming and emanates wonderful ambience. ****** Update, they have a bottle of Jordan Chardonnay available for $35.00 vs. the $31.80 I paid for a glass at the Delano in Miami last week. And even at that bargain bottle price, I was happy with my $5 Chardonnay here with the locals. Good energy is good energy regardless of price points, status or other 3D constructs. read more

Very cool little place with its own special charm. The ambiance is very laid back and cozy. With only 7 or 8 bar seats inside and a couple small tables outside. The wine selection was respectable and they even have a couple dozen craft beers to choose from. The bartender and owner were exceptionally friendly and helped make my visit a memorable one. I don't drink wine or beer & I absolutely love this place. The wine & beer selection here is second to none for 30 miles. Have a glass, if you like it, have a bottle. Joyce, the owner, somehow manages to bust her ass while effortlessly holding no less than 3 different conversations at once. Who could argue with a friendly environment filled with corks, wine bottles and laughter? Two Old Hags, is located on Main St. in Historic Downtown Leesburg wth a cool small-town look and feel. The first time I walked in the door at TOH, I was warmly greeted and introduced to everyone at the bar! Very nice selection of varietals (no junk) and prices are WAY below average. I had a Crane Lake Cab house $5 - the pour was generous. Joyce, the owner, has a wonderful personality and will keep you in stitches while you visit. Food is now available with items like Lemon Glazed Chicken over rice :o) or there are several restaurants within a 50yd walk. Look for Ciders, Wine-based Bloody Mary's and craft beers in the cooler too! Give Two Old Hags a try...I'm betting you'll find a new place to enjoy a great wine, some conversation and develop new friendships! read more

Very disappointed. My husband and I walked in, very small place, bar was full of people. Someone from behind the bar (worker, owner, who knows) looked up at us, didn't greet us, didn't say hello, just went back to what he was doing. We walked around the display of wine, and left. No one seemed interested in asking if they could help us, would we like a glass of wine, nothing. If they were disinterested, so were we. read more

What a great place to hang out and sip wine. Right on Main Street. Atmosphere is inviting. Friendly people. Good wine. The owner makes a nice pimento cheese that you can order as a cheese and crackers plate to accompany your imbibing. What's not to love? Well there is one thing. Tommy the bartender has served me wine in glasses that were dirty a couple of times. It's a shame that such a nice place ends up with only a one star rating because of a sloppy bartender. Fortunately, this problem can be easily corrected but for now, only one star. read more

Love this place. Great atmosphere. Great selection of wine and craft beer. Appetizers are catered in from Southern Gourmet, and are wonderful. They have entertainment on Fridays. I highly recommend coming here. The owner is very involved in community service also. read more
