Recently had a fence installed. While there may be other places for a lower price, I don't think…read moreyou can get a better quality of fence installed. We live in an HOA and they actually completed all of the necessary paperwork that we needed for approval of the fence. We needed a few customizations and they complied without any major costs. I am only providing four stars as I do think there was an issue when we first was working with them to obtain answers pertaining to pricing and etc. once we finally obtained assistance, all was well. If you are in the market for a fence, this is a solid place to come with a good reputation.

Not reading/understanding the fine print I'll accept responsibility. The way I was spoken to and…read moretreated after my irrigation system was destroyed by this company is the reason for one star. The "oh well you signed the contract " statements were not warranted . I trusted a reputable company to guide a new customer. When my property was mapped out for fencing my irrigation system was there. No mention of needing to mark it out. On the date of install the forman stated he saw the irrigation system and that it wasn't mapped out. He started the job and notified me AFTER they punctured the system in ELEVEN places. I was rudely told the responsibility is my because I signed the contract. Would it have hurt to have mentioned IRRIGATION prior to starting the project? The contract mentioned UTILITIES. I didn't think of irrigation as such. Please have your irrigation system mapped out to avoid paying for a fence AND new irrigation!

We paid him to complete basement. He collected 75% of the money within 14 days and then plan to…read moreend the contract by instructing his staff to pack his tools Brian from BVL contracting asked for another $1250 outside the agreed contract and when I said no. He came up with a plan to end the contract by sending his staff on the pretense that he would come to work. He then instructed him to pack his tools. We asked him to complete our basement and he charged 25000 dollars everything included except me buying the toilet, vanity and shower. Brian has no insulation in place. He just hung the boards on the wood. Wood not evenly cut, adequate adjustment spacing not done. He is holding my building materials. According to his own words, wanted to deliver only what is needed in order not to block workspace. He needs to supply framing wood for the remainder of the basement, boards, paint for the basement, cable for electrical work and other items as well. I paid him $6875 just days after he started work and paid $11,250.00 a week before he started to buy material and deliver to my home. I went to my basement, there were no materials except for some boards. His intentions are obvious when his staff John went to my basement and packed all his tools including items belonging to me and removed them from the house to the outside. When my husband intervened, John honestly said Brian (Owner of B.V.L Contracting) instructed him to do so. He also unplugged all their tools from the socket including construction light leaving the basement dark. John called Brain to inform him we refused to allow him to run with the tools. The first thing Brian said when he arrived was, "I WANT MY TOOLS. I WANT TO COLLECT MY TOOLS. " We explained to him that we opened the door for his staff to work but instead of working, he was busy packing up tools. Brain's explanation were: 1. he is cleaning, 2. taking tools outside to make space. 3. removing tools that are not needed for the work. Lights were also disconnected leaving the basement dark. This action you can agree is not consistent with someone doing basement work. I asked to return the money or purchase the materials that I have already paid for. PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO BE CAREFUL WITH HIM. HE SEEMED TO DISAPPREA FOR DAYS EACH TIME HE COLLECTS MONEY. HIS BUSINESS PHONE TURNED OFF AND REJECTING ALL CALLS. HE TEND TO REAPPEAR DAYS AFTR TAKING THE MONEY AND THEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY " TO PAY THE STAFF" AT TIMES HE WORKS ALONE BECAUSE HIS STAFFF MEMBERS SAID HE DOES NOT PAY THEM. HE IS A NIGHTMARE
