i was really excited to try this local little bakery, and it was just okay in my opinion. i like the inside space, lots of natural lighting and seating, personally love the little outside tables when the weathers nice. the food: i had an eclair and raspberry tart, wasn't my favorite. the eclair was really thick and crumbly, i prefer the lighter, more fluffier kind of eclairs (j'aime is my fav spot for them!). the raspberry was really sweet and i personally didn't like the cream because it tasted like artificial fruit, but the bottom tart pastry was ok. overall, i wouldn't get what i had ordered a second time. maybe something else i haven't tried. coffee: they didn't offer ice americanos, even though they have a sign that they sell la colombe coffee - so i guess it may just be draft lattes or something? not completely sure. i opted for hot americano, and it was fine. service: really nice cashier / server at the front, the only little issue i had was i asked about some of the pastry details because i wasn't sure what they were, but she wasn't able to provide an explanation beyond the flavor. i guess you just need to know what they are beforehand.

More a cafe and less a bakery at the intersection of Holland and Buck Roads in Southampton, PA, this Eastern European house is well decorated with a large dining room and four private rooms for group breakfast and lunch. The menu is very interesting with the use of standard ingredients prepared by hands trained in formerly socialist republics. I ordered the Tomato Feta Omelet. It was cooked in a personal sized polished steel pan and served to me still burning hot in that instrument, on an oval wooden insulating plank. The outer egg was almost a souffle texture and the taste was great. It came with two chunks of bread and a small dish of sweet butter. The bread had a crisp crust warm enough to melt the spread. It was also excellent and left me wishing for more. The final surprise was the brewing of La Colombe coffee; strong enough to take immediate notice, and a pitcher of milk for mixing to my preferred shade of auburn. It was so good! Service was efficient and beautifully accented. This was a surprising and awesome meal at a very reasonable price. It was good to visit Kiev for a few minutes.

I absolutely love this establishment! The breakfast dishes are all i have tried yet and i loveee the 3 crepe dish!! You have a choice of shredded chicken or mushroom with a cream dill sauce!! and i have tried both and they are so good and fresh! For drinks we always get their Turkish tea and Lattes!! Their desserts are divine and I have tried everything except their pies/tarts. I am looking forward to making a trip again!! I highly recommend you try it!

I love this place! My family and I had originally scheduled a bridal shower here in March, which we had to cancel at the last minute due to COVID. The owner is so flexible and ended up catering our event this past weekend. All the pastries were amazing - we had assorted macaroons, eclairs, and the incredible cream puffs. Our guests were truly wowed, especially by the berry cake. So happy there is an amazing European style bakery close by!

We had a lovely visit on Valentine's Day. They lined the sidewalk and steps down to the bakery with rose petals. Smelled delicious upon entry. All of the cakes and pastries looked beautiful. He let us try baklava for free, and it was amazing. We ended up buying a handful of other things and he threw in complimentary cream puffs as well as a long stemmed rose. The two gentlemen working behind the counter were very kind and sweet.

Good Turkish breakfast with Special Turkish tea.

Verree location: Fresh, but overpriced. It would not hurt if the cashier could smile at least once during the service.

The ambiance feels a bit more upscale than a traditional breakfast restaurant, but that's probably because they also service dinner. Sadly, I was less impressed with their food. I came here with a big group for brunch, we sat in the two round tables in the back. It was the first time for many of us, and I was between their speciality Syniki pancakes and Shakashuka at $15 each. The Syniki pancakes were tiny little cheesecakes, delicious but like a dessert and SMALL. It was not even served with a side of fruit at least to make up for the size (and price). The Shakashuka at least came with two rolls of bread, but it was only 2 eggs in the pan. The sauce was delicious, I wish it came with a side of salad or potatoes to justify paying $15 for 2 eggs. I think I wouldn't be a annoyed about the price, if it wasn't that we also got kicked out of our table. We were finishing our drinks and had not even paid, when they literally started moving our things to the side because "they needed our table for a big party." We ended up figuring out the bill standing up while the party was sat and we awkwardly tried to get our purses to pay. Thankfully our friends had the table next to us, so some people squeezed in, but it was so odd. I will say, that two people complained about the portion sizing and not liking their meal and were given macaroons. Which is funny because they didn't like their meals because they thought their Syniki pancakes were too sweet. Anyways, it was only my first time there, and maybe I just ordered the wrong thing, and we were a large party so maybe I'll give it a try another time.

They have three seating options- their inside bar area, an outdoor covered area, and an inside dining room. We sat in their dining room which was nice until more guests came in and it became increasingly harder to carry a normal conversation. That aside, the staff was super nice, attentive, and great with menu suggestions. Now the food- damn (excuse the language). The portions were HUGE (the sticky rice bowl easily could have fed two people) and delicious. We ordered the tempura green beans side as an appetizer along with the bangin' shrimp appetizer. The shrimp was in a more cornmeal-like batter versus a tempura based you would have expected but good nonetheless. And you can't go wrong with tempura green beans with various dipping sauces. For entrees, the turkey reuben was crispy yet saucy, paired with coleslaw, grapes and pickles. The sticky rice bowl was packed with all your favorites and topped with crispy wonton chips (yum). Coupled with a trio of sauces, you also have eight protein options to select from. Aside from the noise level, good experience overall. Side note for new guests- the entrance is in the back, up a long ramp, NOT on the street side.
