A lot of people don't know this about this restaurant but it actually used to be two - Chaipan - a sushi and Japanese style restaurant at the back and Tuscany - an Italian place that serves burgers, chips etc. at the front. A couple of years back they were bought and turned into one restaurant that now has two kitchens. Hence the name two kitchens. Now that's been explained, let's get onto the Food. Two kitchens of course has a wide range of food, with lots of different sushi, noodles and stir fries from Chaipan and lots of choices of pizza, pasta and burgers on the Tuscany side. The waitresses are always nice (if not a bit forgetful) and you always get seated and drinks brought very quickly even when busy. The food comes in good time and always to a good standard. My only complaint would be that it is a bit pricey, especially with the lunch menu going up recently. Plus the gratuity fee is annoying. It makes your total a really odd number that is difficult when trying to split a bill but if you ask the waitstaff will be happy to take it off so you can give your own, even tip. I would recommend this restaurant entirely. Especially seeing as I can't count the number of times I've gone there on two hands!!! read more
