They then replied with a number I need to call to set up another appointment. I'm so confused and frustrated by their process, as it leaves customers hanging in the air. This was an emergency job as there was a very large limb hanging directly over our home. We had several companies come to look at the tree the morning after the storm. Two of those companies wouldn't even give us a quote as they said that the job was either to difficult, dangerous or both. Not only did Arcadia Outdoor Services remove the tree but they did it safely with no damage to our home or property and all for a very good price! The guys definitely mean well, but if you are someone who expects your car to actually get detailed, I would not recommend this company. I gave them some good feedback on how they could have cleaned the car better and what price point I have paid in the past, for honestly better quality cleaning, so hopefully he will reflect on that and improve in the future.
