    Frosé To-Go
    Ashley M.

Thank god this place is a little out of the way for me, because I'd be swinging in every single day for one of their bags of frosé to-go! If you have time to hang around, there's a huge covered patio with even more chairs and picnic tables out in the grass to sit and enjoy live music, which I heard they feature fairly frequently during the summer months. The two frosé options were delicious, and you can even get 1/2 and 1/2 if you're feeling indecisive. Although we stuck with frosé, I appreciated that they encouraged you to try samples of their wines before getting a whole glass - not many places do that. And while we only ordered the pretzels and queso to snack on, they hit the spot and didn't skimp on the queso! I can't wait to try one of their flatbreads next.

It's hard to give you a complete review of Two EE's as we went a Sunday afternoon. The place was light on customers and the servers weren't busy. The facility is large and very attractive. The grays and stone are very nice. The wide open patio is very inviting. In this day there was a nice cool breeze and covering provided great shade. Upon arrival you will be checked in like a restaurant- different for a winery. You are assigned a table - I can see why reservations are desired on more busy days. A waitress will bring you two free samples in an actual glass. This is different from other wineries. Our waitress was very versed on her products and informative. We enjoyed the wines we tasted. We purchased a bottle of Riesling and enjoyed it on the patio. The Riesling was very light and dry - no real hint of sweetness. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza. The crust is made from cauliflower flour. It didn't have a a typical cauliflower kick back taste. The crust was soft and perfectly cooked - no black spots on the bottom. The cheese was plentiful and the sauce was slightly sweet. The pepperoni was pretty thin in piece thickness and population. Overall the pizza was very good. The waitress picked up on our conversation that this was an anniversary weekend. She brought us a complimentary piece of Debrand chocolate and two samplers of Port wine. The Port wine wasn't overly sweet and very smooth - quite good! We will have to come back during a busy time to give you a more complete review.

I really enjoyed our short visit to Two EE's Winery! Sadly we didn't have time for a tasting (next time for sure). We did enjoy a glass of rose and a relaxing half hour on the patio. Our server was very knowledgeable about the wines and helped is select a few bottles to enjoy at home.

I had heard of Two EE's (probably from Vintage Indiana), so when I realized it was between Indy & Fort Wayne, we decided to swing by to break up the drive. WOW! This was not at all what I had expected! I was expecting a quaint little typical Indiana winery. I thought we'd stand at a bar, sample a few mediocre wines and be in & out in under an hour. But Two EE's was shockingly impressive! The building is huge, beautiful, and modern, and the interior is elegant. (You have to see the women's restroom! Sorry, guys, hubby said the men's room was nothing special.) We wanted to do a tasting, but were told there wouldn't be a tasting available for almost an hour, so we were seated at a table and offered two free wine samples each. We ordered the margherita flatbread (It's just a regular pizza, not what I consider a flatbread. The crust was a little soft, but overall it was pretty good.) Then we went to the tasting room, and again, I was blown away by the room itself and the tasting experience. The tasting includes seven wines, each with a small food pairing. I could not believe they only charged $15 for this -- such a bargain! Overall, the wines were good. Certainly better than most Indiana wines. Two of the varietals which are typically high acid wines (Sauvignon Blanc & Pinot Noir) were strangely lacking in acidity. But we really liked the Merlot and Muscat and took home a bottle of each. If we ever need to drive up to Fort Wayne again, we will definitely come back!

Always love checking out new wineries. This one has a really unique wine tasting. They have a really elegant tasting lounge that can accommodate couples or even larger parties. They have a set of specific wines for the tasting. You can chose either the Signature Collection which are the dry wines or the Classics which are the sweet and semi-sweet. We chose to do one of each. You also receive a charcuterie board that has an item to pair with each wine tasting. The ladies working the tasty room were very friendly, knowledgeable and added to the whole experience. This is the first winery where there was not one wine that we didn't match our palate. We normally really dislike a few but not here. Eric has done a great job pushing the envelope with the wine making. We left with a box and will be back soon for more!

This is a great place to relax and enjoy a nice glass of wine The pretzel snack was not good in my opinion but the wine was great!

I took a group of 15 from our Corvette Club for a one hour wine tasting. It was excellent! We were greeted with warm hospitality from Rachel and Amy. The room was modern and very hip, with a beautifully set table. Each guest had a card at their place setting with a choice of seven dry wines or seven sweet wines. We were given details about each wine the girls were pouring in our glasses. It was yummy. When I scheduled the event I was offered a charcuterie board for an additional fee and regrettably I didn't get it, but I will next time. If we have a group as big as that one I will schedule a two hour tasting as well! This was an exceptionally good event, that I would do again. We were able to purchase all the wines after the tasting. So several went home with some delicious wines.

Fantastic wine! Found this gem while visiting the area. Highly recommend. Had a hard time picking a favorite wine as they were all good. Great/unique atmosphere. Staff was fantastic. It was chilly inside when we went but they have cozy blankets to offer which I took advantage of. Wish they were closer to me. We will visit again!

This may be the wine talking but the wines here are much better than I expected.. RRR and i like dry (yes, snobs) and some of their dry wines are not bad at all, very friendly and drinkable. So far i like the dry rose' for a white/ light wine and a dry red called Durif. We arrived a little after 6 pm on a July Saturday evening to check out the place. We're bringing

Saturday evening summer music, wine slushees, and food trucks!

Good wines, some sweet and some dry. I think Two EE's has more dry options than the other local wineries and those are my preference. Home of the famous wine slushees! These are only offered in one or maybe two flavors and lean toward the sweet side but are very popular. Absolutely love the summer evenings with live music and food trucks. The new patio and lawn space are great, lots of room to spread out! (Bring your own lawn blanket or chairs!) Tastings are good, but the tasting counter is not big. The indoor space feels crowded very quickly and can get quite loud so it is hard to learn about the wines or have conversations while tasting unless you find a slow time. Food options are very limited (and pricey) when it is not food truck time, and I don't like to have a whole glass of wine with no food, so I prefer to either go during the outdoor events or just stop by and get a bottle or two to enjoy at home. Bottles are surprisingly inexpensive for nice drinkable wines.

A must try and buy a bottle experience.

We visited Two EEs for the first time and were so impressed with the total experience (Wine, hospitality & facility). Dry or sweet you will find some great wines here. The staff here are so professional while being so friendly. Lastly this property has the appearance to match any upscale winery in Sonoma or Napa. The owners Emily and Eric have done a phenomenal job. Highly recommend because you won't be disappointed.

Haven't been here in years. Today was such a beautiful fall day my husband and I decided to go. The place has expanded quite a lot since our last visit. We were greeted warmly by Sammy. She was our hostess/server and very good at her job. I was disappointed they don't have more of a traditional wine tasting. When we have more time we'll check out the tasting room, but today we sat out on the patio and were allowed two wine tastings. Love the big dry selection which isn't all that common at local wineries. We settled on a bottle of Pinot Grigio which we both enjoyed. Also had the burrata with crostini which went great with the wine. We enjoyed ourselves throughly. Ifs funny, reading the other reviews people talked about the poor costumer service and snooty behavior and frankly that's one reason why we stopped going. That definitely wasn't our experience today I'm glad to say. We'll definitely go back

Such a beautiful place (especially on a nice day). I was blown away with the aesthetics of this winery. They had live music and their leveled amphitheater style lawn made the music accessible to everyone. They had some seating but you can also bring lawn chairs or blankets. The wine was reasonably priced and they had a good selection of options. If you're in Fort Wayne and need a location for a group outing. Look no further.

You will note that Dash 90 is open on Thursday thru Saturday from about 3p to 8p. You can find Dash 90 out in the countryside south of Fort Wayne. You will need your GPS to get you there as they are set in the country. Watch closely for the signs. They are a bit hard to find and follow...but you will get there. Once you find the country lane you will wind back to the complex. Things are pretty simple. You will find a relaxing country setting inside and outside. Be sure to meet the owners Bruce and Twila. These are great people who are passionate about making good wines. They also want you to come out, relax and enjoy yourself. Meeting Bruce and Twila are as much a part of the winery experience as the wines themselves. The inside is large and wide open. Lots of space to sit and take in some entertainment. Plenty of room at the tasting bar to relax and sample the wines. Their tasting policy is five wines. They come in a flight. You are free to mix and match. Bruce and Twila are excellent about exposing the wines, their origin and flavors. Dash 90 has about 20 different wines to choose from. Plenty of sweet and dry choices. We sampled five different dry red wines. We find all wines very likeable. Not too dry. No harsh after tastes. No over the top sweet tastes. Just good...solid wines and tastes. Dash does have other choices. Slushies are a hit. They also have local meats, jams and jerky for sale. Come check out Dash 90. It's worth the drive. Bruce and Twila are great people making very good wines!!
