We came one weekday for lunch and sat outside at the tables in the courtyard. The food was a generous portion, and an interesting take on Asian food, couldn't quite pinpoint which Asian food they were after. There was a really generous portion of coriander on mine and it took over the flavor a bit, but otherwise it tasted pretty good.

Jinx is not one of those places, it lived up to my expectation and more. The staff are nice, the place is cool and perfect to sit out in summer and the food is so, so good. In winter, I think take away is necessary since there isn't much space inside the restaurant. Other than this minor inconvenience, the restaurant as a whole is great. We shared the bao, both the pork belly and the chicken. Each was distinct and each had its own set of complementary flavors in the boa. I'm excited to try the ribs next time!
