Once we got our food it definitely exceeded our already high expectations - the fish was crusted with nutty and salty spices and paired surprisingly perfect with the extremely smooth buttery mash and tangy sauce. We contemplated ordering another plate after we were done but decided we must save our appetite for many other finds in Gothenburg. We first grabbed a couple beers and I ordered a Biffen and my American Butger palate was not disappointed. What a great burger, done well and seasoned to perfection.
