There were not many people around the truck but I had high hopes, we waited about five minutes or so as they told us the fish would have to be fried to order. Fine by us, yes please! Once we got our food it definitely exceeded our already high expectations - the fish was crusted with nutty and salty spices and paired surprisingly perfect with the extremely smooth buttery mash and tangy sauce. We contemplated ordering another plate after we were done but decided we must save our appetite for many other finds in Gothenburg. They deserve lots more reviews and love, if we ever return to Gothenburg we will surely stop here again.
