You search them on Facebook and on their page they will post and update their location for that day, and the hour they will be there. And remember to go early because when they are out of burgers - you're out of luck. And you will have to track them down another day. Enough about how to track them down, let's talk burgers.. They bring them fresh, flip and stack them while you are watching. I went for the bacon house and loved it. They spice the burger with pepper and salt, toast the bun with butter.. A thin slice of tomato, a slice of cheddar cheese, crispy bacon and caramelized unions.. a layer of sauce just about enough and all this juiciness wrapped up in baking paper.
