Upon asking questions about how the credit worked, the owner said she was revoking the credit because I "didn't understand the offer." I was surprised at the lack of professionalism during the entire experience and would not recommend Lambent to anyone.

Spacious with plenty of employees-and people-milling around, I found myself at the end that had a workshop going on. There were a couple people seated and the cool thing about this is that one can wander in and out at their leisure while it's going on. I actually took an interest and sat in for the camera/photo session, picking up a few tips I didn't know about prior. I get this is basically a tourist destination due to the name and the unique space, but I bet it gets crazy when new items are dropped. There are other doors that are on sides of the building if you want to avoid the crowds that enter through the main cube entrance. They really are open 24/7, so if you want more personal attention for your Apple needs, you might as well come later since you actually can.

The cleaner even added nice hotel-like touches, such as a little paper towel "bow" on the roll of paper towels in my kitchen, and same with the bathroom towels. I even had very dirty, hard-to-clean window sills, typical of NYC, and she was able to get it looking freshly painted. I plan to continue using their services regularly.
