This led to late fees with no correction to account. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, both local billing representatives and the manager, who agreed with my figures, never followed up allowing late fees to accumulate. They haven't even offered to remove the late charges for the problem they created. Care is fine, but watch the billing and your loved one's money!

They are doing their life's work. They are not only skilled but are filled with compassion and love. They have unending patience. Two of the extraordinary caretakers were Promise and Rachel but there were many others as well. They could not only arouse my mother out of a stuporous state while she was in hospice to feed her or clean her but they could get her to smile and respond. They brought out the best in her at the worst time. It was like taking care of an infant. The connection that they had with her was nothing short of remarkable. We all end up at the end of life the way we were in the beginning. We are helpless and need angels to care for us. We cannot thank them enough for the comfort that they gave to my mother but also the comfort that they gave to us. Lorraine Millers Family

    Man, I've yet to leave a one star review on anyone, but I'm so over this company, their service and…read moretheir treatment. My mom is supposed to receive care from "Helping U " and by their name, I assumed or at least expected that they would be of great service to us. They've failed time and time again. They're only needed for 2 days out of the week. Two. Days. We started service with them, sometime in December. This is March. So far we've had issues with them coming out for those 2 days. No one contacted us before or after to update us as why no one showed up. It wasn't until I reached out to the insurance agency and made a complaint, that someone contacted us to apologize for having no one come to take care of my mom. If I didn't do that, I'm sure I wouldn't have heard anything from them. There's been times where no one has shown up for those 2 days, leaving us stranded and unable to reach anyone. Or they'd show up one day and not the next day. Case in point. I called them yesterday to confirm that someone would be coming over today and tomorrow. They confirmed that there would be someone coming out. Today someone was supposed to show up at 9am. My sister calls me around 10am to say that no one came. Man to say that I was livid was an understatement. I don't understand. They were hired to do a job and constantly continue to let us down. Granted the lady who comes on Saturday is nice and very helpful, but when the service isn't consistent it doesn't help us in any way. I called the agency call center and kept getting the runaround when it came to reaching the coordinator. I was told on more than two occasions that someone would contact me in regards to why we had an aide who was MIA. No one ever called and everytime I called to follow up, I was told the same thing. As I write this review, no one has contacted me and I called three times for the day. I'm definitely switching agencies because this is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. I don't even want to imagine if my mom was living by herself and no one came to look after her. They're ridiculous.
