The teachers are helpful and patient they teachers change but they all know what they are doing they are more then willing to answer questions The lesson is about an hour and then there is social dance time we start by snowballing where two people are on the dance floor Pricing: 10 a week or 20 for a pass for 4 consecutive weeks There is also a student discount i believe I highly recommend getting checking this out I don't plan to stop going ooh and they have also had a live band and they will again soon

I went from wearing a tee shirt and shorts to being confident in my ever expanding wardrobe of pole clothes. The instructors are rays of sunshine and absolute boss a** ladies! The community I have found here is something else, absolutely everyone is welcome. The vibe is that of the women's restroom of a bar or club, everyone is fast friends asking where you got your shoes and helping each other with pole moves, minus the occasional crying. I will say one thing though, the addiction is real and you too may end up with a golden pole in your living room completely unashamed when your coworkers come by for game night.
