I'm so bummed I didn't start her sooner! She LOVES the class! Now, let me explain my little one. She is really active, loves all sports, hates all dresses. I don't think "girly" has ever been a word to describe my 9 year old daughter. Feisty? Yeah, that one I've heard a few times to describe her... ;) So, when she joined the hip hop class, on the first day I was a bit intimidated by the bling, mini shorts, and hot pink shirts the other girls were wearing, but the instructors do an amazing job of making the girls feel comfortable and have fun. The facility is organized, clean, and inexpensive! ($50 a month for one class) However, I understand dance 'can' get pretty expensive (just like any extracurricular activity), so, I can't speak in terms of the prices for the competition dance classes or costumes.
