The owner's name is Konstantin and he is a professional chocolatier and he also makes all the ice cream sold in the store. The also sell gourmet chocolate which is also made in house ( Try the buckeyes and mint patties ). The ice cream ( peach is my favorite) is made with a high cream content and fresh ingredients with less sugar than other ice cream. The higher fat content and fresh fruits give it excellent mouth feel and texture as well as flavor. There is also a small patio that sells brats and other limited hot foods and coffee/ lattes etc are sold from the walk up window as well. I have not tried these yet. Uni as in Michigan State Uni, and Cha as in tea. But in case you didn't know Cha was tea, they've put tea in the name too. So it says Tea Tea. Fun times. It's a Unicorn-themed tea place, and that alone deserves a high star rating. If I was rating just based on their drinks then I would have to give three stars despite how wonderful and friendly they are in here. They didn't have any tapioca or any other topping that I wanted. A lot of places - when they run out of tapioca - will still charge the full amount, which Unicha did, and it wasn't cheap. I really think they should give you something or knock off a dollar or something - that would be better customer service. On the other hand these guys were busy making elaborate Thai rolled ice creams for a whole bunch of cute young college girls who disappointed me by not really flirting with me. They did stare at my bunny on my arm a little bit and they did giggle and have wide eyes, but there certainly wasn't the sort of flirting that I hope for when I'm working out the way I do LOL. But that is beside the point. The point was it they had great customer service and that they rustled up my tea between the very long ice cream process for all the girls which meant that I could get out of there in a reasonable time since I wasn't doing the extensive ice cream making ritual that most people come here for. As for said ice cream. Honestly it looks pretty good and more often than not ice cream places doing Thai rolled ice cream do get it right. So I will give them 4 stars based upon the fact that they are more known for the rolled ice cream and it's pretty good. But I'll have to give it another try so that I can determine if I should lower to a 3 match the really really disappointing milk tea that went straight in the trash - or a 5 which is reserved for the very best Thai rolled ice cream places that I've loved the most. Or that I've loved the Moch, if they have Mochi as a topping. I even named my lovely little fierce deadly cat Mochi. What an awesome and cuddly kid he is. And lethal and fearless. Anyway I've already said too Moch, it's time to move on to the next review.

This was our first time in, and folks, I have a proclamation I must make: that was some of the most delicious cheesecake your boy has ever had. You know we will be back! Today, we ordered two Girl Scout Samoa cookie cheesecakes! Most importantly, we must start at that subtle bake on that bottom, looking gorgeous dressed in an all-black chocolate deliciousness. This cake is head to toe gorgeous, from her caramel coconut topping down to her delectable, creamy but smooth cheesecake body. Listen, the crust is to me the make or break part of a cheesecake, and like I hinted at earlier, this one is an Olympic gold medal winner, folks. Accompanied with the cheesecake was a dollop of their homemade whipped cream, and Cutie loved it so much she even said, "I could eat that out of a bowl with a spoon." Wow, you know that has to be top tier, top tier! The portion size was generous, and the selection is outstanding. I cannot wait to try more and more phenomenal menu options. The decor inside is cozy, and I love the art on the wall. Listen, I am no mathematician or scholar in general. However, if you take the price and add the quality, now multiply that by portion size, all that equals to world champion level status! This really is the place to go. Cutie and I will be adding Everything is Cheesecake to our permanent rotation! I had high expectations, and they were indeed exceeded! A no-brainer five stars out of five!
