This is a cool concept spot!! Is didn't realize it was a franchise until it after I had gone in a couple times but I'm cool with it. They have some cool offerings like these really soft and amazing cookies and they have an insane menu full of flavored sodas. I'm a big fan of the peanut butter cookie with Nutella frosting!!!! I had heard about Twisted Sugar and was in the area so I gave it a try. Inside is a cute little display case of their cookies along with a few tables and the menu board. I ordered one of their specialty drinks, the Madster, along with a few cookies. The peanut butter and sugar cookies were so soft, and the Madster was a nice treat! I love this place and have come back 2 times but both times they were closed the door says they are open until 9 but they usually close at 8. The most recent night I went there was 5 minutes until 8 and they were already closed. I counted 6 people that were trying to go here at this time as well. You experience the feeling of a hug from a lost relative, a short spooning session from your first love, betrayal from your spouse and the happiness of holding your first child. The atmosphere of the store is reminiscent of climbing Mt Olympus to enter serene paradise. The smells are crisper, the smiles are bigger and the soda is more carbonated.
