Such a warm personality and it was just what I needed because I was sooo nervous to get my hair done. Anything involving haircuts, doctors appts or dental work - I get extremely nervous. Tessa took the time to go over what I wanted and even went as far as to show me a color swatch of what our goal was. She colored it to perfection - the cut was exactly what I asked for, even better & when she blew it out I was in LOVE - she even curled it nice for me. The techs either rush or their service/technique is sub par. Brittany is a breath of fresh air. She is extremely meticulous and takes pride in her work! I will be a repeat customer. My only NEGATIVE is the salon does not offer pedicures. I don't want penalize with 4 stars but to offer massages, facials, hair services and NO pedicures is odd. Brittany is licensed to give pedicures but she said the salon owner does not offer them. To me that is money lost. Most people who get a manicure usually get a pedicure. I will be asking the owner to consider offering these services. Will update if I feel my review has changed. Give Hairaholic and Brittany a try. Definitely worth it, I finally found a nail tech that provides excellent service!

First of all, Brittney was so responsive and flexible about scheduling, helping me schedule my trials and being so unbelievably understanding as the number of appointments grew and shrank leading up to the wedding. We had our appointments inside the salon because we had a relatively small group and didn't want to deal with finding an appropriate space in one of the hotels. We are so glad we did--- It feels so warm and welcoming inside the salon, and we even were able to put out a breakfast food spread during the appointments! Brittney did our hair for the wedding day (we also got great blowouts/curls from Marisa and Michaela the day before!) and she is amazing---she is so so talented, and our hair stayed completely perfect for our entire 14+ hour event. Everyone had such different hair types and styles and everyone told me they got exactly what they were hoping for, if not far better! Nicole did our makeup and we similarly could not be more impressed! She knew exactly how to handle all of our concerns and made sure that everyone loved their look. We all just couldn't stop looking in the mirror! Just like our hair, the makeup did not budge throughout the day, even though we were in a hot and humid environment! She definitely had a good eye of what to do and not do and overall listened very well to what I wanted (( for those of you wondering, I currently shave the sides of my head and let the top go long with some layers. You really don't notice you're right next to a busy street once you're there. I didn't get a chance to see what type of products they sell - as most hair places do - but whatever was used in my hair was great, and my hair is wicked picky with what I can and cannot put into it. My only complaint and it really has nothing to do with the salon, is the parking. I was adventurist and took a bit of a drive to find some decent parking. If you're coming off 495 south and headed to the place in that direction, there's a one way street to the right just before you reach the place, and that will lead you to some free parking spaces, though they're only for 2 hours. Also like, a minute walk to the place if you park back there, but just a little tip for people who are heading over there. I will definitely be making plans to come visit this place again, though!
