I went in for 1st time yesterday.waited 30mins for 2 tuna panini's.i said to myself the food better be good for this wait and yes they were great but they should use panini bread instead of toast which was crumbling because it was over toasted....Went back today got three panini's.2 tuna and 1 jerk chicken didn't try it yet but the workers are definitely slow.there was no one in store and they took 33 minutes for my order.when I ordered ,the bearded dude starting cleaning the juice machine so I said great he's prepping for my juice...i was wrong he started then peeling fruits and doing other things ,the chick was prepping and doing other things ..talking leisurely amongst themselves while I'm alone in store watching this crap and frustrated jus got off work wanna go home.... read more

I came to this place being that it's the only juice/fruit place around my area, I usually have to drive to bushwick or queens for my açaí bowl but i decided to support this black owned business in my neighborhood and omg when I tell u this place is unprofessional and they all looked confused and lost, it took 3 people to take a order down and it took 30'mins I'm not sure why it took that Long, then I waited for my bowl and it was watery and didn't look appealing at all!!!! But still i wanted the açaí bowl so bad I said to myself maybe it's still taste good ...... boy when I tell you i played myself bad! Smh the bowl was not good it and barely had any flavor it was literally the worst açaí bowl I've ever had!!!! I didn't even know it was possible to mess up a bowl since it is so simple to make ... I'm just highly disappointed and annoyed this experience ruined my day !! I Added a video of my purchase. I found this location on yelp yesterday morning. I arrived walked in took a while to understand their order system placed my order I was told 10 mins. So i waited in my care for 15 mins coming back to just grab the food. No the cashier that took my order was making someone else's smoothie. I saw no measurements or even sizing just random amounts. I was slightly offended that i was sent to wait and instead of making my items he just continued with other customers so after waiting outside I came into watch my whole order be made. After all of that I got my food which took about an additional 15 mins which i am not super mad about cause hopefully that means it was freshly cooked. I have no complaints about the food absolutely delicious over priced i spent $50 on two smoothie a salad and wrap. I do have a complaint that the chef wasnt wearing any uniform or head coverings it's literally people in tank tops and jeans cooking your food and many random people walking through the kitchen which seems like a health hazard to me I dont know how they passed inspection with all of that goin on(it's literally a shack with a kitchen behind a counter the good side is you can see everything happening in the kitchen ). My smoothie was called peach cobbler i tasted it and knew I couldn't drink it, it tasted nothing like peaches or cobbler it tasted like nutmeg and water it wasn't even slushy. I called the store before walking back from my car again to wait the cashier answered and understood me and was willing to remake he asked his higher up who got on the phone very rudely and said I knew what was in the smoothie when I ordered so I would have to pay to get it remade. Which makes no sense yall measure nothing so its not way to guarantee a consistent taste I was aware of what i ordered and what was in the smoothie but for a customer to say its not as it should taste it's nothing to make it how it should be made. That attitude is definitely enough to not make me wanna go back. It absolutely was the salad. Unbeknownst to me, there was a recall of romaine and iceberg lettuce a week ago.. And that was the only thing i had that day to eat. I know what got me sick and it was your food. Amazing how you believe a customer will lie about getting sick from your establishment. Things happen.
