I had the pleasure of hosting my kid's birthday party at the Twisted Pin Bowling Alley and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, all thanks to Jarrett, our outstanding party host. Upon arriving at the VIP Suite, Jarrett greeted us warmly and immediately got to work assisting with the setup. His keen eye for detail and creativity shone through as he offered invaluable suggestions on where to place gift tables, dessert tables, and decor, elevating the ambiance of the party to another level. Throughout the event, Jarrett's attentiveness was truly remarkable. He effortlessly kept all the food and drinks stocked, ensuring that our guests were well taken care of at all times. Our son had his 7th birthday party at Plainfield Lanes on 8/13/16. We chose the party package that included 2 lanes for 5 kids per lane (10 kids total) game room card, pizza, cupcakes and so on. First and foremost: KYLE, our AMAZING party host kept the kids busy before we even walked in!! He met my son and a couple of his friends at the door. He entertained them with their choice of music, dancing, balloon art, magic and MORE! Of course, there was bowling! The game room/card was just enough to keep the kids entertained until they were picked up by their parents. My husband and I didn't need to set up our goodie bags and Plainfield Lanes has a cool "wagon system" for the gifts! They even packed everything up for us into one LARGE gift bag! Just one bag to load and bring in was ideal and such a great idea!! The kids had a BLAST! Kyle even entertained them during pizza and cupcakes! There were big screens with music videos! I had my son Nathan's 9th birthday party here. He said it was his favorite birthday so far! Everyone had a blast between the 1 1/2 hour of bowling and the awesome arcade! The food was great and on time, and the staff was very perceptive when we needed more soda. Nathan loved his party host, who went above and beyond to ensure that he has the best time ever (which he did!). I will definitely be coming back for future birthdays for him and my other sons! Everything was super convenient and already done for me, I barely had to lift a finger! I just relaxed, had fun, and let them take care of basically everything for me. We love Plainfield Lanes!!! Keep it up, they are all doing an awesome job! We had to come out to support out local businesses, being a resident of Plainfield. My husband and I brought our youngest son and four of his friends for a fun bowling night. We splurged and bought them pizza, fries, pop, slushies, and cheesy bread.... we know that buying food definitely may help offset the loss from this pandemic. If we won the lottery we'd donate to Plainfield Lanes to give everyone a nice "Thank You" for making our family bowling night a fun, clean, and healthy experience. I've been here with my nieces and nephews quite a few times. But this last time during spring break, I found out that they updated their bowling systems. So the payment for bowling and the shutting off of games is so annoying. All because of their new system. Also, the bar wasn't open to get a pitcher of beer. Also, the girls working the desk looked clueless with the new system and how to charge us. I felt jipped. The entire day there was just work instead of having fun. Constantly running back up to the front desk to get them to turn out lanes back on and getting recharged over and over. Just let me freaking pay for all the games at the end! Perfect place for a birthday party! My 8 yr old and her friends had a great time! Emily, our party coordinator was wonderful with the kids doing magic tricks,playing games, keeping the kids entertained and making sure everything was running smoothly. They take care of EVERYTHING for you. I walked in with my purse and camera, thats all I needed!! They even give you a huge bag that they put all the presents in to take home. If that wasn't enough, Emily wrote down who each gift was from and what was received! Cupcakes, cute tableware/decorations, candles, food and drinks were all provided. We had my sons bday party there yesterday. He and his friends had a non-stop blast. It was very well organized, and our party assistant Josh was fabulous. He made sure each kid was involved in the fun. He had them dancing, did magic tricks, made balloon animals, etc while they were bowling and during the meal. He was also very helpful during arcade time. The price per kid was similar to other party venue options - but I feel we got much more out of it than you could get at any of the other places. My Nephew came up from SC. We have been wanting to do one of these rooms for a long time. We went and had a FANTASTIC time. Not only because of how fun and challenging it was, but also because Jackie was a "Super Star". You are lucky to have her as an employee. She was delightful and displayed wonderful customer service skills. Even though we didn't get the money we still had a blast. I would recommend this to everyone. We will definitely go again. I took my grandkids here last Tuesday for a fun night out. I had heard about this place from my neighbor, and wanted to see if it was as good as they said. Turns out it was, if not better! I had no idea that they did penny a pin on Tuesday which is a steal. As a bargain hunter myself I really appreciated this cheap price. My grandkids loved the arcade too! They had a blast, and I enjoyed the friendly staff. They also had great pizza which the kids gobbled up! I'm definitely going to take them again! read more

My 7 year old son had a birthday party here over the weekend and it went great. He had such a great time. Millie and Kate were our party coordinators and they did an unbelievable job. They were so helpful, organized. They really knew how to relate to the kids and keep them involved and having fun. My wife and I literally didn't have to lift a finger. We had a birthday party for our son Chace at Plainfield Lanes and Josh was our party host. He was absolutely amazing with the kids (7-9 yrs) and kept them entertained and engaged the entire time. My son just had his 7th bday party at plainfield lanes this past saturday feb 28. He had such a great time with his friends and cousins the kids were on the go the whole time we were there. The shoes were newer and the arcade is very clean and has newer games. All in all i would definitely go back there for a party again. we had our sons party here and it was fantastic. we did the kids bowl free with my son in the summer and he loved it so we had his party here. they were more then helpful we had two party hosts Sarah and another host that helped her. we were expecting a lot more kids but when a lot of kids canceled that morning the staff was great with the changes and only charging us for how many kids showed up. my kids love coming here and they love the arcade! read more

The people at the front desk told me she was lying and exchanged it for me. Then after she had seen all of our ids TWICE the bartender had asked for them again and clapped at us telling us she's not serving us until she see ids again . The manager was no help . They were very accommodating when we had to reschedule the first date booked because our daughter was sick. The day of the party we had Trevor as our attendant and he was phenomenal!
