We ordered the pigeon flavor which I highly recommend. We also ordered The Most Interesting Flavor in the world. It was good. I don't know if I'd get it again just personal preference. We wanted to see what it was since the menu has no description beyond, not hot, interesting. It's a sweet flavor which I think is made up of honey, butter and season salt. I included a picture. Lastly the fries were awful. They were all burnt. I'm not super picky and believe sauce can conquer most fries but that was not the case with these. They were just awful and went right into the trash. I

I asked, wasn't the bacon included and he couldn't say for sure but I know I ordered it. He came back with four slices of bacon. When he brought my bill to me, I saw everything was separated out and I asked if there wasn't a bill with everything inclusive for the price? He then came back with another bill that was $.30 higher. What the heck, my meal came out in pieces, eggs, and potatoes. I already had coffee, then he brought my toast out, and then he brought the bacon out after asking about it, so my eggs were cold when I actually started eating them. I really was disappointed! So when I paid the bill for $13.88, I gave a $20 bill and my change was brought back a dollar less than what it should've been. I got $5.12 instead of $6.12. But I had to question him if that was correct and he said yes believe it or not.. I'm not sure I will be back. I ordered the shrimp quesadillas with fries and raspberry tea, and everything was delicious. The quesadillas were flavorful and perfectly prepared, the fries were hot and crispy, and the raspberry tea was refreshing and went perfectly with my meal. It was a slightly cool day, and the windows were open, which made it a little chilly inside. Once I mentioned it to our server, the situation was promptly taken care of, and I really appreciated the quick and attentive response. Between the great food and excellent service, I can see why Edward's was recommended to me. I'm glad I got to experience it during my visit and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal. Five stars from this Texas visitor!
