On the day of the appointment, the artist cancelled at the very last minute due to personal reasons. While unexpected personal situations are completely understandable, the communication completely stopped after the cancellation.I reached out multiple times over the course of several days to politely reschedule, but I was completely ghosted and ignored. Having someone build up your excitement over several months only to cancel last minute and go completely silent is incredibly disrespectful of a client's time and energy.The shop itself seems to have a great reputation, but please be aware that you risk being ghosted and left hanging if you book with this specific artist. I hope the studio management addresses this, as it reflects very poorly on an otherwise highly-rated business. Because of this artist the entire store has lost a customer and opportunity to make more money.

As soon as the tattoo was finished, the skin all around the tattoo was raised and very red and it was obvious the tattoo had "bled" a lot. I waited 3 weeks to see if it went away. The black discoloration didn't. I contacted Ink Addiction and sent photos. I was told that Johnnie would put in some water color free of charge. I've contacted him twice to set up an appointment to do this but he's never responded back. I definitely would NOT recommend this place!
