I'm not sure if Winnie still works here as her Instagram has a different prefix but she was the one at the time, I held off on reviewing to see how it would heal and I'm happy to say that it looks just as good as day 1. Parking: It's pretty easy here, they have a parking space, but you can just street park. It's in a relatively easy and nice place so no worries about street parking. Appointment: Did it through her website got a relatively soon date. Design: It wasn't EXACTLY what I wanted, but she explained why the design I wanted wouldn't work with the size I wanted. This is one of the tattoo shops where they design on their time and you don't have proofs to go over until the day of. I did send her examples of the styles I wanted and she matched it perfectly. I ended up really loving the design after the colors were introduced so thank you again Winnie. Clean bathrooms and clean workspace. There's nothing to nitpick here outside of the small waiting room? but they tell you that it's small ahead of time. Ing Tattoo is a hidden gem in SGV. This was just the first place I saw on google when I spontaneously decided to get a tattoo yesterday and I walked in about three hours before close with no appointment on a Sunday evening and they were able to take me. They have a minimum of $150 if your time doesn't reach 1 hour and tip is up to you. Payment through Venmo or other similar apps. Love the way my tattoo turned out. It was so painless and my tattoo artist Winnie was really friendly and fun to pass the time with. It took less than an hour so it cost the minimum cost + tip. The work was done carefully and he took to make sure we got all the details in-- even letting me come back in for a touch up! The touch up session was a month after, where he redefined some areas and added more details, which was just really amazing of him. I love it even more :') The actual studio is lovely and bright, and while he works you can busy yourself w your phone and some music (or whatever makes you comfortable). It took about 1 hr 45 min and I paid 375, and it was worth every penny! It'll last my life, and if I have any problems, I could always shoot a text. So, to start off with I was super excited to get my tattoo done here. Unfortunately I wish I had never gone through with it. My tattoo was done by Winnie. I had asked for a small flower on my wrist. Pretty simple in design and easy placement. I was grateful when Winnie decided she could see me with her busy schedule. I was visiting from New York at the time so this was pretty spur of the moment for me, but I saw her work on social media and was impressed. So cut forward to the day of the tattoo. I meet Winnie and she's very nice. We decide on a flower and color and proceed to get started. During the tattoo she was concerned about the color and my skin tone. I'm not dark in skin color, I would be what you considered "light skinned". So we decided to go with darker colors with my tattoo and that was perfectly fine. I loved the end result and left very happy. Before I had left we had discussed after care( which I have other tattoos so I'm not completely clueless). But I asked anyway since different artists have different aftercare steps. Once I had all that information I was good on that. I also asked if she knew any good clubs (this is important to the end review) to go to since I was visiting with a friend and we wanted to check it out. When I asked she stressed no alcohol for a week, which I followed. You can still go out and not drink...just saying. Fast forward to when it's time to take my bandage off. I go to try and take it off and notice my skin it sticking to the bandage. I try to soften the bandage it see if that would help ( it didn't) and start to see my tattoo literally peel off. In the pictures you can see all of the details are gone, and not from fading. It's almost like it peeled off skin from a sunburn. My coworker said it looks like a "butthole". So of course I reach out to Winnie to see what could be done and was less than pleased on how she reacted. Totally unprofessional and not empathetic at all. She did offer to do a touch up , but again I live in NY and can not afford to travel and miss work for a tattoo. I asked for a partial refund since I'll need to get it fixed. She denied for any compensation and blocks me on Instagram. Again would have been a better experience is there was more professional and at least I'm sorry your tattoo turned out less than decent. So before you come to this shop please remember this review when making a final decision. I would hate for someone else to go through this. read more

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! This was my first time going to an actual shop to get a tattoo. All the artists are very talented and their work is amazing! They are so very nice and respectful. And I had the honor of having Jude as my artist. He replied fast to messages and set up a consultation appointment that worked with my schedule since I work Monday-Saturday 9-5pm. So it was really easy to get a time that worked best for me. I came in not knowing what I wanted, all I knew was that I wanted to cover up the keloid on my stomach. He then pulled up some pieces he thought might work and I put in my opinions and we eventually came up with the pieces. He then scheduled me In about a week in a half, after I got off work. He did such an amazing job!!! And the prices are perfect! I love it so much I scheduled another tattoo appointment the following week. (YES I GOT 2 BIG TATTOOS IN A MONTH LOL). He is very fast but yet so detailed with his work. He really perfects his work and makes sure it looks good and gives his professional opinions.
